Brought in my old iPhone for a cracked screen repair. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair and repair was completed quickly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The quality of work is exhaustingly poor to embarrassing. Had a Samsung Galaxy S10 screen replaced incompetently,I say incompetently because the first time the phone was fixed and returned to me one of the volume buttons manage to not work. Returned to the store to claim my case. Hence they fixed the volume button, which in return managed to not add enough to any adhesive to the parts that connect the actual phone together and make it water proof. My advice to the consumer/customer be very careful with these folks if you do risk getting any phone repair check every detail or you will get robbed blind!

Good service! Brought our cracked iPhone in to have the back of it fixed. Diego was very helpful. He was able to fix our phone within a few hours. When the phone was returned it was cleaned as well. Definitely will be back when needed.

Service sucks Had them change charging port, And while they were there i paid them to do the battery To get a fresh one Nothing wrong with the battery Since they were there i said let's change battery $120. Less than 2 months later The battery started swelling up And not hold charge They tell me it's overuse overheat This was on a spare phone not being used And no data on it . I was told they can't help me Past the 30 day warranty That they never informed of in the beginning Add insult to injury The old battery they gave me back My original battery Was not even from my y phone They thew away my old battery And aid it was trash . I didn't argue their 3o days But at least give me my original Make a wrong , right ... After an argument with the "store.manager" kicked me out Said he s gotta Deal with paying customers. Like i didn't pay 120 with them already? I'm expecting a phone call form the owner And a resolution of the issue. I ve contacted them twice. Was told owner is busy handling the other stores. Mike

Here they have the fastest hand for the west, time record in repair, Diego is a good guy! He bring the best service to costumer talking and helping with the issues! I would recommend 100% if you need help with any repair activation or just to buy a phone, also they speak Spanish and Jesse is an amazing person he is the owner if they don't carry the part at the moment, they just order and take 1-2 business day for the repair, amazing place nice people for sure I would back one more time!

I obtained a quote thru the Yelp app. They answered pretty quickly. I went to the store and had my iphone battery replaced for the price quoted. Working so much better now. Thanks iTalk for taking care of business without playing games!

Unfortunately I dropped my phone one too many times. My screen couldn't take it anymore and started to fail. I got to italk about 15 minutes before open. They noticed me waiting and took my phone early. They job got done in under an hour for a reasonable price. Even threw in a free temper glass screen protector. Great way to start my day!

The people at iTalk are friendly and very helpful. I took in my kindle a couple weeks ago, an they were able to repair the charging port (a common problem with Kindles). The cost was less than replacing the kindle, so I was very happy - the service was fast, and I will be bringing them more micro-soldering work in the near future.

I was at the Long Beach Towne Center and dropped my phone. With my luck, the screen shattered. Looked up a cellphone repair shop and iTalk was the closest place. I got helped by Jesse, who was very knowledgeable and repaired my screen in less than an hour. Great service and great price. Would def recommend to anyone who needs new cell phone service or repair.

I have been to this location several times for iPhone repairs for different family members. For my last visit 2 days ago they replaced my sons charging port. I will say they stand by their work and are priced fairly. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciate the work ethic and friendliness of this store.
