“Love this small family business! The attention to details and the variety of flower choices was way beyond the norm. From the sit down consultation to delivery.....flawless. Our daughter and now son in law's wedding was enhanced by the additional beauty of these flowers. From the simplicity to the complex arrangements, all were fresh and professionally arranged. For my post pic, my pulling some flowers from an arrangement and adding her business card does not do her work justice. Great product for a reasonable price.”

“I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. Thank you Patty's Pretty Flowers! Pictures to follow in the future.”

Nellie's craft. skills and customer service is bar none 2nd to none!!! on Valentine's Day I took my chances and stopped by her place after work for last minute flowers. Altho its probably one of her busiest days she still found the time to show me what she had left, Ofcourse it's only the biggest arrangements and I thought would be out of my budget! i Was wrong So I took 2, one for my wife & one for my mother in law. “These flowers are 2 weeks old! I purchased these flowers for my mom on February 13th for Valentine's Day. These flowers only get more and more beautiful. They have outlived all the other flowers my mom was given. Friendly flowers took my last minute order for 2 half dozen rose bouquets. I placed my order Feb. 12 @ 6pm and they were ready for me the next morning at 10am. Couldn't be happier or more grateful!”

I ordered my friend some flowers to cheer her up - the ordering was super easy, and after I submitted my order, the owner followed up with a phone call to let me know she received the order and to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. The day of the delivery, she sent me a picture of the arrangement and let me know when they would be delivered. Unfortunately, my friend was not home when they tried to deliver so they let me know, and tried again later that day and it worked out. The owner also sent me confirmation of the delivery. My friend loved the flowers, they were beautiful!”

“I called the shop the morning before a relative's memorial to ask if I could have a tribute spray made with a different color combination and delivered to the chapel the next day. They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, but they called me the morning before it was delivered to confirm the wording of the personalized banner for the spray. “We booked Lauren and Jenni of the Little Hill team through our venue and we could not be happier with the service they provided.It started out with a scheduled details meeting to go over the type of flowers and the amount we wanted at our wedding which was really detailed and they truly cared about our wants with our theme and color scheme we envisioned. Everything went really smoothly and the flowers came out amazing! More so than what was discussed during the meeting. There were a few details we had added to the contract during our wedding planning which they accommodated fairly easy for us. We were able to get Little Hill and our Decor Vendor to work together and set up a nice arch for our sweetheart table for a great price. Little Hill was so easy to work with there was no stress at all as the big day was approaching slowly in the final month.We provided our own vases because we wanted our guests to take the flowers home and the color (Gold) was a different finish than what we had in mind but it didn’t bother us from getting them. Little Hill then offered to paint over the vases to match our theme of the wedding which completed the look and added that nice touch so it was amazing they were able to go above and beyond to cover every detail we had gone over in our meeting.Overall we were very satisfied. Our guests loved the floral decor, we didn’t have any flowers to take home ourselves which was great. We got my wife’s bouquet preserved which the vendor received on the east coast. They showed us the flowers were still healthy so a lot of love and care came into making these flowers. Thank you Little Hill Floral for being a part and providing for our wedding we will never forget!”

“I placed an order without looking at reviews then saw the reviews here... and got a bit worried. I called the next day to ensure they received my order (I placed a next day delivery on a Sunday). The nice lady I spoke to was kind and told me she had seen my order and all was good! I left specific instructions for delivery even asking them to knock on the window if the recipient didn't answer. They did just that. They followed everything to the letter! The flowers were beautiful and healthy/fresh. The vase was JAMMED with flowers! They did a great job. It didn't look exactly like the photo of what I ordered but they never do just fyi! This was close enough and it was absolutely beautiful! I'm VERY pleased with the job they did and I'm glad I didn't let some of the reviews hinder my decision to order from them. They were local and delivered with care! 100% recommended!”
