I went in to return a purchase, that I made on KLARNA, and the return was never "returned " the store associate , never entered it. They STOLE THE SHOES!! This is so SHAMEFUL! No a whole investigation has to be done watching me do the return on the camera!! How dumb guys!!! Cameras are EVERYWHERE!! I hope you get good wear out of those VAPOR MAX PLUS!! Thief!

This location is full of lies!!! It has a job position for management open yet when you apply and go in to check on the status thry say they are "fully staffed" yet the job stays posting for months and as recently as 2 days ago was posted on indeed. The young lady sales associates look at you with a look of envy and dobt even greet you.

go to any other finish line but this one. poor team management with no customer service. Takes forever to check out. Other workers have no intention starting a new cashier line while seeing a long queue. very much disappointing.

would honestly give this place less if i could. they had a line with about 30 people in it. this girl with long nails didn’t want to help anyone in the line. it wouldn’t been a problem if the other girl, that WAS checking people out, wasn’t so slow.

Yesterday I observed that one of your guy's mannequins appeared to be sagging on the display at your guy's Finish Line. As a Black man, I am very offended from what I had witnessed yesterday. How dare you guys assume that all Black and brown people wear their pants like that? To this very day I'm in a disbelief over what I witnessed yesterday. You guys need to be ashamed of yourselves. Call it what you guys want but this is Covert Racism. I would've never imagined that a well known like your guy's Finish Line would do something distasteful like this. I know for a fact that you guys intentionally did this just so you can attract more people of color into the store. I wish I had the option to select zero stars because honestly you guys do not deserve a rating at all. This is very unacceptable and I sincerely hope that you guys get to the bottom of this issue. This is not okay.

If you go to this store look for the employee Omar. He's a phenomenal worker and he knows how to actually do his job by actually taking his time and looking for the shoe and if not he will also take his time to look for another store near you that has the shoe in stock for you. He serves you the best customer service there is to offer. He can sometimes be very busy because people really appreciate his effort and always go to him.

If you ever go to this Finish Line go to this guy named Omar he is such a nice person and he knows how to take his time and get the job done right. For me personally he seems sort of new but in all honesty out of all the employees that are there he really knows how to get things done perfectly. When you walk in he greets you and from there he will go out his way from whatever he is doing and will ask if we're looking for anything and if you happen to say no he will let you know to come see him if you have any questions or concerns. His communication is awesome he is very family friendly he takes everything into consideration such as if your toes are sort of crunched up in the shoe he will let you know to go a half a size up. The awesome part about it is he will be with you until you feel it is a good buy and if not he doesn't get bent out of shape that you didn't buy the shoe he will take his time to give you another option if necessary and will have you enjoying more the experience of footwear rather than trying to make a sell on you. This guy is absolutely detailed oriented when it comes to shoes. You rock dude! ?

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest people at this store and it was the store manager Jackie. Extremely helpful and nice. Picked up a couple of shoes for the family and she was nothing than perfect in every aspect. I really hope in seeing her again. I wish I could give 10 stars!
