I went in to return a purchase, that I made on KLARNA, and the return was never "returned " the store associate , never entered it. They STOLE THE SHOES!! This is so SHAMEFUL! No a whole investigation has to be done watching me do the return on the camera!! How dumb guys!!! Cameras are EVERYWHERE!! I hope you get good wear out of those VAPOR MAX PLUS!! Thief!

Yesterday I observed that one of your guy's mannequins appeared to be sagging on the display at your guy's Finish Line. As a Black man, I am very offended from what I had witnessed yesterday. How dare you guys assume that all Black and brown people wear their pants like that? To this very day I'm in a disbelief over what I witnessed yesterday. You guys need to be ashamed of yourselves. Call it what you guys want but this is Covert Racism. I would've never imagined that a well known like your guy's Finish Line would do something distasteful like this. I know for a fact that you guys intentionally did this just so you can attract more people of color into the store. I wish I had the option to select zero stars because honestly you guys do not deserve a rating at all. This is very unacceptable and I sincerely hope that you guys get to the bottom of this issue. This is not okay.

There seems to be new faces at this establishment and so far Omar is a phenomenal employee, sensational customer service, and will go out his way to find the shoes you need even if it takes him a few minutes. Thanks to him I'm now rocking some new Adidas in the color and size I was looking for. Thank you so much.

I came in here looking for a Air Jordan 1 Mid in a size 3.5 one of the employees told me he can look in the back if they had it but they didn't have the size. So I ended up leaving and coming back because my wife didn't specify what size our child was so then I came back to the store again. And this time I was greeted by someone named Omar and he went to the back to try and look for them but unfortunately they didn't have it again which was in a size 4 but Omar did go out his way to send me to another location that had the shoes I was looking for which was at the Del Amo Fashion Center. Thank you so much for the help Omar and I did find the shoes in the correct size at the Mall you referred me to go to.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest people at this store and it was the store manager Jackie. Extremely helpful and nice. Picked up a couple of shoes for the family and she was nothing than perfect in every aspect. I really hope in seeing her again. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Wack! Wack af! I always go here for shoes and clothes but when they have new ppl they fk up! I went to buy my baby an outfit for his 1st bday and the girl forgot to take off the sensor on the shorts !!!!!!!! I went out of town that same day so I couldnt get it resolved before his bday party! Had to buy him some other shorts! The damn machine even rang when we walked out and she said it was ok to leave (w/o knowing/caring). So irresponsible and unprofessional!!!!!! Waste of fkn m

Never again! It's too many other sneaker boutiques and stores. I do an instore order it's suppose to be ready in 4-6 hrs. I wait until the next day more than 4-6 hrs and cancel the order because it's too late for the event. I call their lying customer service she tells me they can't cancel instead they have to return? But the order wasn't processed? Okay, now magically the store calls me for pick up. They tell me 3-5 days I wait... no return. I call back in 5 business days they tell me I can go to the store or another 3-5 days???? What???? wtf??? Wait it gets better I wait 3-5 days again it's 10 days 14 days including weekends; im out of town. Still no return I have to dispute through my credit card to get the funds back. Nope..., never again.... Avoid.., red alert

So I went to this finish line the workers have no clue what's going on in the store the females to be exact . They tell you to come to the store when it's closed , they are very rude and of the girls just act so clueless she said she had not been to work in two weeks. They never have any good products so I recommend people to stop going here . I went at 10 am and the workers just looked at me and said she nearsided like girl you can see the whole store . I was beyond irritated. Stop hiring people who don't know what's going on I will never come back to this store ever again .

This review is for Kenmari (I hope I got that right). This associate helped me with a reservation pickup, and was professional, efficient, polite, and followed safety guidelines perfectly. Please consider him for manager, or even corporate. I don't leave reviews for many associates, but this guy deserves a promotion. I have avoided going out during COVID, but he and the other workers made me feel at ease. Kenmari had his mask on properly, respected my distance and didn't ask to touch any of my things. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Everything was professional. In the back all the associates were wiping down benches and surfaces. They all had on masks. 100/100
