David is very kind, friendly/helpful vibes, happy, and a great example of how customer service should feel. I think that's his name, he'll know who he is based on what I say:
I felt incomplete because I wanted to say that piano is a wonderful instrument, one of my absolute favorites, hope that you get to try guitar sometime, and any other instrument that has ever interested you. I thought guitar was going to be an instrument I would play as a hobby for the rest of my life, but time eventually revealed it wasn't for me, which is why I painted it(bucket list thing) and sold it. Anyways, I didn't say all this there because I was thinking about the guy behind me with a lot of boxes, and I got anxiety because I didn't want to take too much time. ♀️??

This FedEx store is a joke. Eric told me that I had to put these tires inside a box to ship or they wouldn’t take it. Just spoke to a fedex driver outside and said it not required to put on a box. I really hate this place. I even ask to see a police for a tire that need to be in a shipping box and they failed to show. Eric should be looking for a new job

I called in and the phone message said last priority drop off is at 4:30. I showed up at 4:05 and the truck is already gone. They said it depends on the driver.

I received excellent customer service at the Lakewood location. Torie assisted me with a fax. I didn't even have to ask for help, he approached me and asked if I needed help. Torie took care of everything and this is not the first time he has assisted me. This gentleman has great customer service skills.

I was trading in a device and it included free shipping. There was no line when I got there and I was greeted right away. Awesome service by this young guy who really knew his stuff (including that it’s the 3rd largest Fedex shop and that it used to be a bank 10 years ago). Also helped my wife print out a shipping label and package up her phone as a trade in as well. Thanks for the kind and quick help!

Ridiculous prices!!!Was originally quoted in-person today for a colorized 8x10 black & white photo at around $88 (w/ the best print paper available)...then was called later in the afternoon (after the third-party contractor "looked at it") and told $350.I will never return to a FedEx Print Shop!

Horrible service. Staff is rude and refused to deliver my packages because I didn't use regular boxes. All I had was some USPS boxes and "manager" threatened to keep my boxes in the lost and found if I didn't come pick up my packages or paid for boxes.
