Very disappointed in FedEx service at this Walgreens location. I had the documents I was going to mail and a printed prepaid FedEx label. I was told I needed to purchase an envelope from Walgreens because they didn’t have any. I said thank you and left.

I went into the Fed Ex at 5301 Candlewood St in Lakewood. And I had no knowledge of how to copy or print my papers from my phone.Until the guy name Anthony came to my rescue. He helped me from start to finish, also while helping other customers. He was considerate to me kind and kept a smile on his face, which ensured me that he loved his job,and cared about others,we need more people in the world like Anthony. He was my knight in shinning armor.Thank you so much Anthony.God bless you.I wanted to pay him for helping me,And he kindly said im only doing my job.I Thank God for him.he is truly a one in a million.

Had some passport renewal issues and thru Yelp, read where FedEx Office could help. Was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the employees were at this location. We dealt with three different employees and all three were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was struck by how well staffed they were here, as many businesses these days aren't staffed as well for whatever reasons. Very happy with the service received here.

Marc is super! He helped me expedite an urgent shipping order. He was fast and efficient on a very tight deadline before the east coast truck departed. He showed great care and knowledge of his work and the ability to multitask. I highly recommend anyone in Lakewood stop by this store and ask for Marc to help them. The driver was awesome and the manager complimented my Halloween costume. What a great ending to a great day.

Came to return a package. Facility was not crowded when I came at 4:30pm, so my wait time was minimal. They offer a variety of services in one location, which is great! I was able to ship my package as needed. However, the person who helped me was lacking in customer service skills. I got called to the counter "NEXT!", I greeted the staff member, the staff member did not respond to me, instead, started having a conversation with their coworker about another customer. The entire time, the staff member who assisted me did not make eye contact and did not say one word to me. Once my receipt was printed, the staff member handed me the receipt while still talking to their coworker. Typically customers are asked if they need additional assistance before leaving, but this was not offered. I thanked the staff member, looked them in the eye. And nothing. No response. They were talking to their coworker the whole time.

So I went to FedEx office to print my certificates for a class I completed. I was hoping it would be easy to just send the certificate to printandgo email but I kept getting an error. So I approached the counter for some help and a young lady first told me try saving the certificate to my files on my phone. I tried that no luck and she was gone so I asked another young man name Agyei and he assisted me all the way thru. He offered me two options to try and the last one worked but then when I got my retrieval code the printer didn't work and I guess he saw my frustration and offered for me to send them to another email and he would print them for me. He did exactly that with no complaints or leaving my side I appreciate his awesome customer service and seeing the sale all the way through!!! Thank you Agyei I'll be back because of you!!!

The people here are very nice and very helpful. I'm not a high tech kinda person, they make you feel comfortable and just let you know how things work around the store. They make it so that you won't feel embarrassed that you don't know how sto work with simple things. Overall a good place of business.

Needed to fax and print and the self serve stations are amazing. I will say, that with this option, I would recommend making sure you try to do all of your work in one transaction, as your card will run a $10 hold each time you start over. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

I love that you can do happy returns here. But, it has long wait times and seems disorganized. The parking was all full too.

I was in this location around 1130 am today. As I stood in line waiting my turn, I noticed the way an employee, a Black young man named Tray, was interacting with all the customers. He was extremely: Professional, Pleasant, Helpful and offered additional beneficial information without having to be asked. The cherry on top was that Tray smiled effortlessly. I could tell he enjoyed his job. He is a supervisor's dream; at least he would have been mine when I was supervising folks. If FedEx offers a class that teaches their employees customer service etiquette, the company should allow Tray to be one of the instructors, because he is a natural at making sure we the customer is happy and above all satisfied. Tray, you are a consummate professional. Never stop. That trait will take you places and open doors. Thank you for your help this morning.

An okay place to grab your items but... the customer service is terrible. There is a lady that works there that others also have described as "hates her job" and it is quite apparent. I was in line waiting to get my package and watched as this Fedex lady berated and snobbishly talked down to the customer in front of me. I could see that the customer, who was also a woman, was almost brought to tears by the employee. The customer attempted politely beg the employee if she could be gentle with her package as the employee was aggressively handling the item. The employee then proceeded to ignore the plea and dished back a scoff and glared her eyes back; then, with what appeared to be an act of childish behavior, the employee was even more aggressive in handling the item. The customer, now in a shakey voice, tried to beg the employee to please be gentle with her package. The customer is now almost in full-on tears, struggling to let out the words to tell the employee that this was her grandmother's heirloom and that she had passed not too long ago. All the while the customer is explaining this, you could multiple loud thuds and creeks from the employee roughly handling the package. As this evolved, a modest line began to form; all of them were shocked by the employee's behavior. We all looked at each other in utter silence and horror. Okay...I was up next. I approached the counter and presented my information. Then without any provocation, the employee began to raise her voice while nearly ripping the forms from my hands and banging her palms several times on the counter, then screeched out, "THIS IS NO GOOD. I NEED TO SEE THE EMAIL!" I then said calmly, "okay, I'll look it up." Then she stormed off to the back. Then moments later to appear with my package. It was on a dolly; she then brought the item to the front and attempted to push it through the front. Then she exclaimed, "IT WON'T FIT, YOU HAVE TO COME HERE AND GET IT!" What was puzzling was that she tried to ram my package multiple times through the passageway, which was about 4 feet wide. My package was a 3 feet x 3 feet x 2-inch flat package. Each time she attempted, she would simply ram it into the sides of the passageway, attempting to show proof of how it would not fit through the passageway. Anyone witnessing the event could tell you that the employee was either incompetent at dolly driving or was attempting to weaponize feigned incompetence in an attempt to damage my package intentionally. Unfazed by her attempts at provocating, I just got my package through the passageway on the dolly and brought it to the car. On the drive back after the ordeal, a lot of people would assume I would be mad or upset-- but I wasn't. I was actually more intrigued by how people would treat each other so poorly and act so unkind. I also wondered what the FedEx employee was thinking about why she would act so wildly and cruelly to the lady who was trying to ship her family heirloom of her deceased grandmother. My questions are to you guys reading this: Have you ever seen someone act like this before? Why do you think people behave and act like this? Have you seen the same employee here do the same thing? Would you have acted differently or said something to the employee? DM or comment in the complement section about what you guys think. I really want to know what you guys think about this situation. Thanks!!!
