By far my favorite laundry place, the owner is always so nice & very helpful to all patrons, nice & clean, he offers a fluff & fold service and although I have not used it yet I have heard that he does an awesome job, he also Has a water station as well with regular & alkaline water ( huge plus ) which is awesome. Stop by and check them out

Always do my laundry here except for some few issues some people just showed up here with their wet clothes and dry them here and they didn't even wash there also the Mega Load washing machines are supposed to full capacity of dirty clothes to wash not like 5 or 10 PCs of clothes god some customers that come here are idiots

Good and mostly bad.Our tough old clothes dryer needed repair - post COVID, some products, parts, and related services are quite delayed.[The Good] Family Coin is very clean.[The Bad] It's policies may or may not be common, their no-dry-if-clothes-have-not-been-washed-here practice? That policy must have been recently implemented as the brusk man, who couldn't bother to "meet and greet" nor make eye contact, mumbled something then pointed high to a marker-utilized, hand-scribbled "no dry if no wash" sign (paraphrased). Dryers are also coin operated, so there's no revenue loss...Bottom line, an attractive business loses its luster, mostly with noxious "customer service" accompanied with insular policies - by the way, courteous reasoning with staff is useless. Good riddance.

I would give this place a zero I have been going there for a year now and I had no problems and I went today and there's this guy that's was there he said his name was Jose he started talking loud to me saying (your not doing that here ) I was trying to dry my clothes and he said (you can't dry if you don't wash here I'm not making money) I told him I'm paying to dry how does that make since I'm paying to dry. very bad business owner customer service I would not recommend this place at all

I've been going here for YEARS. I was finally able to buy myself a washer but I don't have a dryer. I show up with the ONE load that I washed at home to dry at the site. There was 2 open dryers. I was about to get to one when I was approached by the worker (older Hispanic lady- she's usually so nice). I was told people who wash on site have priority. Mind you, there was another dryer open.. I tried explaining I just needed to dry one load.. 30 mins tops & she told me no. I asked why if no one needed it at the moment & there's another open dryer. She said "well they're going to need them in time." In time?? There was one lady who was using like 6 dryers! VERY DISAPPOINTED. Definitely going to give the owner a call tomorrow. Now I have to look for another laundry site to dry my socks..
