Paid for “the works” deep clean carwash. They did most of the items listed in the service, but not all. Ex: did not wipe the car dashboard properly, left the passenger seat doormat dirty, did not include air freshener. It was done generally faster than what I remembered from getting their service in the past, and considering the number of things included in the car wash, like double vacuum, multiple wax layers, and shampooing floormats.
I also paid for sythetic blend oil change. They initially forgot to actually do the oil change but I noticed and pointed it out. Afterward, they had their mechanic do the oil change, but then when I drove off I noticed that I had to do oil change in the next 3000 miles — that’s usually the oil life from traditional motor oil. If it had truly been synthetic blend, it would have been 5000 mile at least.
I might come again for car wash, but not for oil change.

Surface cleaner. Avoid this place. I went in for the works, left with my car and found crumbs and dust still inside my car. I called the manager and he had an attitude and started yelling at me. Very unprofessional and hostile.

The most rude and uncaring people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They do not care about your car. They do not care about your time. They do not care about you.
I called in to make sure they were open. Because, despite saying 5pm, they actually close that around 4pm. I called at 4 and the desk attendant informed me that they put the chains up at 430. So I drove down and I was there 408. The chain was closed. I pulled in through the exit, and I asked the attendant why the chain was closed. She replied, "O, I was inside when you called, and I thought it was open" . And while I was waiting there, one of the employees rudely said "no mas" and I wasn't even talking to him.
I explained that I called ahead of time so I wouldn't have to go through that situation again. But it does not matter to these people. They do not care about you, your time or your car.
And this is after raising their prices. Not only do they charge you a high amount to wash your car badly, but they act like they're doing you a favor. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

i do love that the oil change comes with free car wash and a good car wash at that. good customer service from the car wash guys and the greeters as well.i also admire the way the manager stands up at rude customers for his employees. for that, i am a customer for life.

Service and quality assurance require improvement!I've been a loyal customer of this car wash establishment for over a decade. It's my preferred choice for car washes and oil changes whenever I'm unable to do them myself. Over the years, I've built friendships with the previous owners, Henry and his son Nerek. Even with the change in management, I continue to show my support for this local business.While not a deal-breaker, I've recently noticed a decline in the car wash's quality compared to its previous performance. I've observed noticeable traces of sediment remaining inside the car after the wash, and it appears that water isn't being adequately removed, resulting in water droplets being scattered.LAST MONDAY 10/02/2023I brought two of my Toyota Prius vehicles to the carwash and asked for a complete synthetic oil change service. During the process, I was given the option to upgrade one of my Prius cars for an additional $6.00. However, I declined the offer because I believed that the carwash, which included vacuuming as part of the oil change package, should be sufficient; this Prius recently returned from a trip (My rental company), and it had accumulated debris inside, requiring a thorough vacuuming. The other Prius was already fairly clean, with only some minor wrappers on the seats, but it had not been vacuumed at all.After the completion of the cleaning and oil change service for one of the Prius cars, I noticed that there were still some leftover debris and wrappers inside the vehicle, which could have been easily addressed with a vacuuming but hadn't been attended to. I expressed my concerns to the attendant, who happened to be the same person who had offered me the upgraded carwash. He clarified that he had suggested the $6.00 upgrade because the standard oil change service, which included vacuuming, was relatively basic and minimal. He mentioned that in the past, they used to provide a more comprehensive cleaning, but they had encountered issues with management regarding this. I paid $143.88, plus tax, to have both of my cars serviced. I was expecting them to pay careful attention to the small details, but that didn't happen. I hope that the new owners and management reviewing their methods to make things better. I hope the quality improves. In the meantime, I'll start looking for other places nearby.PICTURES BELOW IS AFTER THE CARWASH

Each time i go to this place the price is escalated.For$28 dollar the work was piss poor. No armorall, no fragrance and the trunk was not opened. Water marks left as it is. The new ownership really doesn't care.After being their customer for 32 years it is ADIOS..

Haven't been able to get my car detailed in awhile, too busy in the mornings. But I finally got out of work before they close. I went in at 4:30 today on a Tuesday and one of the workers started putting the chain to stop accepting cars .. like what it says you guys close at 5pm?? They did have a decent amount of cars being cleaned and maybe that's why they didn't accept me but still it says you guys close at 5pm soo??? I just wasted my gas going there, thinking that they will accept me because it's not 5 yet.
