Brandon was very helpful running back and forward while Makita was hiding looking at us when we asked her for help. If it wasn't for Brandon we would never come back because Makita refused to help us when she was doing nothing. Makita gets zero stars in customer service for letting us stand there at the register, and Brandon gets all 5 stars for doing all the hard work himself.

I like shopping at this store the isles are wider there is never a line at the self-check-out and I always find what I'm looking for

Well some of the employees at this place, 4 come to mind, have been absolutely fantastic! That's what makes this place stand out and is why I want to come here. Otherwise I don't think CVS overall is any better or worse than RiteAid etc. But a woman at the check out according to my receipt her name is Elia went way above and beyond and found extra ways to save me money! There's a pharmacist, Asian guy didn't get his name, helped me get the insulin I was looking for (for my cat) which was not easy to find, and also found a way to save me money. And within the last year or so, don't know their names now, a younger black guy and a younger Asian girl also went way above and beyond all expectations to help me out. So some of the people here are really great!

I've been reading many negative reviews re: CVS, but I'm posting with a positive review.
Elia was very kind and patient while she helped to get me registered with a cvs membership. I was more flustered than her not being able to handle it myself. But she was wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this store!
(The discounts and sales were pretty awesome too!)

Horrible Pharmacy customer service!
It’s easier to Google from strangers than call your so called Pharmacist! CVS pharmacists at this location are careless or uneducated. I had what I found out was a simple answer to a question and yet after I asked my question, was left on hold. Apparently the Pharmacist never came back to my call I guess hoping I’d hang up, and eventually I did. Ridiculous!

Dirty Store with Horrible Staff. I went into this location this morning at 715. The store is dirty, disorganized, and poorly stocked. I was the only customer in the store. I limped in for a heating pad. The 2 store employees did not speak but followed me from aisle to aisle watching me as if I'm going to steal. Mind you, I'm limping. No one offered any help or asked what I was looking for. Just kept watching and looking like I was going to miraculously pick up speed and run for the door with a heating pad. Got to self check out and the older black lady all if a sudden needed to stock something right where I was standing. It took all of me not to cuss her out.

Good customer service, drive thru pharmacy, has own parking lot. Variety of medical supplies, snacks, wine. Frequent sales.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit @ CVS. Elia was extremely helpful addressing my needs (and the person before me). Other Team members jumped in quickly when additional help was needed. Great job to all the Team members including the Pharmacy team!

Anyway, I went to the CVS/Pharmacy store location (700 South Gaffey Street) in the town of San Pedro, and I've just bought myself an 8-piece pack of Kellog's Pop Tarts: Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Flavor with the help of that 40% off coupon earlier this morning.

CVS in Lakewood, CA on Palo Verde and South - trouble service for my wife. Never had it happened before until now. Requested help 4 times in the allergy aisle, and no one came. Went to the check out, and the employee told her to go ahead and check herself out and got on the phone instead.

This is in regards to the pharmacy department. Super incompetent and unprofessional people here. My mom has been with this pharmacy for the past 10 years, w no problems up until the last couple years... it seems like it's a a whole new staff so this may be the reasons they are worse. not many individuals may know proper use of injectable insulin, but it's definite a pharmacist should know injectable insulin needs needles. for the past 2.5 months they have been refilling my moms insulin without needles. When we let them know, the reply they need a doctors order, we get that and they incompetently refill the insulin again but with NO needles. This is playing with my mothers life! i've gone in and so has my dad and even called to let them know they continue to refuse to give my mom her needles. which under her insurance coverage and prescription should be included. This is unacceptable and they are so unprofessional, they laughed on the phone w my mom when she called to let them know they forgot needles again. If you care for your health or your parents, move their lifesaving medications in the care of someone else

They charged me retail price on an item less than a week ago. & I wanted to exchanged that DEFECTIVE item they sold me for an item that is 2$ difference. But since the defective item is now on sale now they only want to refund the sale amount only. Making the difference of $12 not $2 plus tax.
