I've only had positive experiences at this pharmacy, they've never over-charged me like other CVS's I've been to and the staff has only ever been nice to me.

Horrible service, this pharmacy feels like the patients are running the Asylum. They did not know that my they want me to talk to Jeff the manager and talk to him Vivian was so lost she did not know how to handle my call and outsourced me to Victor I have been waiting 4 weeks to get my medication I have been taking for 15 years my withdraws are killing me.

This Pharmacy is very inefficient my Doctor would send Prescriptions and they were not filled correct and no one would help me at CVS or provide their name when they would help me on the phone. I continued to re texts that they are trying to contact my doctor for an alternative medication and would not give me my medication when both expresscripts and my doctor clearly stated that my medication has not changed. This ordeal has been an nightmare I have been taking this medication for the past 15 years and now I have not had it for 30 days

It has nobody to help you. The service here has gone to hell. I can't blame the TWO clerks on duty, one of whom is to direct you to the self checkout while the other does everything in the store.

The pharmacy was not only very rude to me while I was just trying to get confirmation that they had received a prescription due to me not seeing it on the app. They did receive it and they kept telling me they didn't. They were also rude to my medical provider. See the photo I attached with the conversation I had with my medical provider

Add me to the list of unsatisfied customers. Doc called in a prescription. They didn't inform me that they didn't have one of my meds until I was picking up. 2nd time recently that they're simply out of prescription meds leaving me to search other pharmacies for VERTIGO relief. CVS pharmacist actually suggested a drug in a completely different class than the one I was prescribed. Nope. So while spinning I now have to make calls & find a pharmacy that does have it. CVS has been bad & seems to be getting worse. Walgreens had the meds no problem.

I recently was in CVS to make some purchases but had questions about a coupon I had. Vincent very willingly and politely explained what the restrictions were on the coupon and what I could buy with it. I later saw Vincent at the end of my shopping trip and needed help checking out. He took my order out of the self-serve checkout register where I started checking out and brought it to his register and successfully completed the order for me. He was so kind and friendly and his caring for me as a customer-and concern for my experience were genuine. I so appreciated his help. That is enough to make me come back to CVS!

This review is for Tranelle !!!! Her customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND !!! Make her a manager. If all customer service workers had her attitude and people skills then we would all get along. Thank you again babe for your kindness and help. I will now be coming to this CVS instead of my other one.

The pharmacy left off one of my prescriptions so I had to drive all the way back after getting home hoping to rest off a cold. I told the pharmacy assistant who left off the prescription the first time that it was an inconvenience. She put me on hold music because she did not want to hear me share my experience. Terrible customer service.

I had gone to 4 other locations in the area for one specific item, and this location had what I was looking for finally. On top of that, the two women working this morning were super sweet. One of them complimented my bag and the other one was super cheerful and kind as I was checking out. They were both super helpful and had me leaving with a smile on my face! :)

I walked in this location today on 5/18/23 at around 9:30 am, and the greeter cut her eye at me and did not greet. I am an African American male, she is Hispanic. While I was in the store shopping I heard her happily greeting every white and Hispanic person that walked in the store.

I am well aware that CVS corporate (which is a pathetic joke...CVS executives must be the worst people around) now requires something like 40% of sales to be self checkout, which would be fine if the store ever provided BAGS at self checkout. The employees at this store completely disappear from the area altogether to ensure you're forced to use self checkout, yet not ONCE has there ever been a bag at the self checkout. How the FUCK does this make any sense? Also, the pharmacy gives awful service. If Siskel & Ebert were still alive they would give this place TWO THUMBS DOWN.

I pulled up before closing and they closed early. By about 15minutes. The staff is so very incredibly nice. I purposely don’t mind the location access issues because nice staff.

CVS pharmacy located on Carson in Bellflower on the corner of Carson and Bellflower in the city of Long Beach. CVS pharmacy is a pretty good stop to go see if you go real quick here and visit them so I need stuff here you can get household items make up snacks drinks chips, candy everything's here they have a frozen food section so if you need a quick food, you can also get it here. I have milk, orange juice so if you need household items like that also you can make a beer run here they have beer and wine so if you also want that they have it here a good deals. Also it's great to be a CVS member and that way you get your discounts Pharmacies always going to be. Place has plenty of parking here at CVS right next-door to Citibank so if you need to go to bank and get your banking needs also so check them out in CVS.
