Better than other tire stores
I don't know exactly how much cheaper it is
Preferably Costco Lakewood Tire Store.
I don't recommend going to
It was an appointment at 10:45 in the morning.
It was 7:30 when I finished and received the key.
It's called Superbage, but
I deserve to get paid as much as I can for the work I do.
There seemed to be a huge shortage of mechanics compared to so many clients.
It’s not even worth one star ㅠ ㅠ ㅠ
What does the mechanic say when he says he can't remove the tire because it's tightly locked?
Anyway, I think it's a tire shop that does a lot of things.
Better price than other tire stores?

Tire center.. Hmm... Don't get me wrong, i love costco and the gas station. So, we have a flat tire, we went to costco around 9-10am, so one of the employee talked to us. He asked us whats the problem and then he proceed to check the car.. He ask us to make an appointment and the tire is repairable and they have an appointment on a later afternoon. So we took the afternoon appointment. After so many hours, we went back to costco so they could fix the tire. A different employee approached us, and he asked us to show the tire. So we went outside, then showed the flat tire.. After seconds of checking, he told us that the tire is not repairable and we need to replace it and we need to change it to a different tire brand(only their brand). It sucks because we really thought they could fix it. We just left and went to a different tire shop. Sucks to waste a lot of time.. Never again ill come to this tire shop.. Sorry Costco tire shop..

Our tire is repairable. We went to a near and different tire place and they repaired it.. ?

Worst Costco Tire, waited 40 mins just to take to someone about a battery, and to top it off they where super rude! Avoid this location!!

The people are very nice BUT the wait is ridiculous!! I had a 2:30 appt for a tire rotation and it is now 4:33 and it is still not done!!! The problem is not the workers - I feel sorry for them as they all were working very hard but they are so short staffed. Only one person checking you in so if there are few people ahead of you it will take twenty minutes to check in. This is the first and only time I will ever buy my tires from
Costco- it should not take two hours to get a tire rotation.

My wife and I got a flat tire late in the evening this week. We called for a tow truck but assumed we'd have to have the car towed to a place and come back the next day. We were also an hour away from home so this was a difficult situation. We called Costco since it was the only place still open and asked if they could help. They told us to come as soon as possible so they could try. We immediately loaded the car on the tow truck and headed there. All of their bays were full and they were closing soon. However, Nathan who took care of me and the supervisor, Juanita, were incredibly kind. They understood we were an hour away and also had our cat with us so they found a way to get us new tires installed. I can't express how grateful I was for their service and support. On top of that, the price was fantastic. I price checked it against the place I normally get my tires and the Costco price was. $100 less. I know where I will get my next set of tires!

I had an appointment at 3pm to have my tires rotated. After two hours and 45 minutes, I was told that two of my tires needed to be replaced but they didn't have time because they were closing in 15 minutes!! They ended up checking my air pressure and filling my tires! Also, all the parking spaces reserved for the tire center were taken -- a lot of regular shoppers were using those spaces. I had to park my car at the very last row in the back of the parking lot. I think that is the reason why I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes -- they simply forgot about my car!

Great service, but as for customer service, they make people wait too much, even when is a scheduled appointment. There are always more people, but they usually pretend to be busy when they're not.Hope this can improve and will definitely be 5 stars ?

I had a Bridgestone Tire Installation, today, and could have not more Impressed and Happy with the Customer Service I received, it really helps to have a Appoint, and scheduling during the slower mid-week time, is a Win Win for customers and Employees. I want to express a Special Thank-you to Service Advisor, Jesse, who checked me in, she is so Knowledgeable, Friendly,Professional who explains all the details and graciously answered all my Questions, she never made me feel like a number or Rushed, at any time. I also asked several mechanics Questions, and all the Employees, were very Polite and Helpful!! Thank-you to Lakewood Tire Center for making my Day!!

Just getting a new battery or making an appointment took 45 minutes wait. No one around. Everybody at the tire center. They need to hire more people. Not recommended. Go somewhere else for car batteries.subs better at other branches.

Took over an hour to just buy a battery due to the poor customer service. All they had to do was ring me up and due to only one person working the counter it took way to long to do something so simple

Love the Costco, but their Tire Service Department is very dreadful. They get the job done but don't expect them to communicate with you on timely manner. I waited 3 hours and found out my car was ready within 1hour. They claimed they called but I never received any calls. When I confronted them regarding this, they didn't even blink to brush the issue off. I hope Costco would implement some communication rules for Tire Center! Buy your employee some watches, teach them some communication skills. I'm absolutely disappointed:(
