(Friday March 8,2024 5pm) I just left this store and I couldn’t wait to leave a review ! I don’t know what happen today but normally the service here is okay,not one person ask if I needed help ! I asked a lady (gray colorful hair) if she can help and she seemed so bothered then helped me in a bothered way ,then I asked her again for help and she sighed and said it should be like any mask instead of looking up or anything ,then for check out they seemed bothered and on top of that they kept talking about how they have to work certain days and their annoyed that they have to get up early and one is telling the other “don’t even work “like why are you taking about how annoyed you are about your schedule infront of a guest instead of helping ? Honestly if I didn’t need this color asap u would have gone elsewhere …horrible customer service !

This place always has good deals coming up in March first I think it is they're going to have a 50% off so it's going to let you guys know that see this review I recommend it's a 10 for shampoo and conditioner men are women using it for years great product. Also recommend thermal protection by big sexy it's a spray before blow dry Great product easier for years love what it does to the hair truly a blessing.

New management sucksManager is just rude and thinks they know everything. Can't even use my rewards because they claim I used it already when I barely got the email but then later they were able to use it and didn't apologize for their mistakes....... Stupid a****************** Trying to make me look d*** or something

Excellent service. Out of perm I wanted so employee called across the street to Sally's beauty supplies & they had my perm. Went across the street & purched 2 perms. Didn't know Sally's owns Cosmo Prof. I had been to several Cosmo Prof & didn't have my perm & no mention to try Sally's. I had driven from Orange County to LA County. Thanks for going out of way to call Sally'sGreat customer service ?

This store is under new management & let's just stay it's a circus. Miss when Joy was the manager. Every time I go in there now to get something they never have it & they put my name on the preorder list but never call when it comes in?! I asked the lady yesterday if they had a certain product she said they have everything out on the floor & they received their order earlier in the day. So what did you receive in your order because the shelves were bare all around the store?! I live & work in Lakewood so it would be nice to keep shopping @ this location, but unfortunately I'm going to have to shop @ a different location.

LOVE this spot. Has all my beauty supply needs. Since 2016 my mom has been lightening/dyeing my hair some level of blonde, then ash blonde... then it became silver blonde... then I started adding colors to it (Lavender, purple, magenta, rose gold, light pink and now it's currently a metallic rose). Good thing I work as a pediatric pharmacist, no one bats an eye at my changing hair color... if anything I'm always getting compliments on my hair color. Very thankful for the always helpful and patient staff and team at CosmoProf who I am forever bugging with questions and asking for special orders or when something will come back in stock. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it for all your professional hair care needs! Edit: I noticed a lot of people complaining about how the staff here doesn't stop/drop everything to look for an item they're searching for... the place is really small and all the shelves are neat and organized and well stocked... so LOOK WITH YOUR EYES AND NOT WITH YOUR MOUTH (my mom's favorite saying when I was growing up). Cut them some slack, they work hard and they're obviously understaffed (I never see more than 2 people at any given time... they're expected to answer phones, ring up customers, stock items AND look for stuff for you? GEEZ!)

Called this location to hold and clipper I was going purchase unfortunately there was any in store "Megan" attend it my called with amazing customer service she was able to guide me to a few other stores with this item in stock. Total appreciate her going out of her way to look thanks once again " Megan" for great customer service.
