Michelle is awesome , last month got a brand new trailer had to call a million of places in Long Beach area to find availability on a location Michelle picked up the phone and apologized for not having a space at the time, called me this morning and had a space and was willing to hold it for me until I had time to bring my trailer I brought it the same day and the registration process went by so fast, she showed me where the dump station was, free Of charge if you have a storage spot there, air machine for your tires , clean lots full of awesome rigs, thank you Michelle for helping me !

We've had our RV at Coast Storage for about 8 years and find Michelle a great person to work with! Our storage area is a comfortable size and at a reasonable price and everything is kept clean and updated. We've never had a problem and are thrilled with the new security system. I'm happy enough to have limited access because I feel securer knowing people are not in and out 24 hours a day.

They rented the space that I had out from under me because I did not call them within two days or three days of the first of the month. They rented the space out from under me and they refuse to do anything for me they have all sorts of claims as to why they did that but the bottom line is they screwed me and I wouldn't recommend them for anybody. Terrible place dirty, dusty and nothing but old junk RV's stored there. I wouldn't store a 50 junk car there.

Very nice staff that really cares about your stored items at a good cost. The security service is always on top of things, I see them going in and our all the time when I am in the yard. Best storage facility I have used and will not be leaving anytime soon!

I would give a zero, don't use these people as they lie to get you to store there. My rv was broken into and slept in for two weeks under their manage teams nose. They peed and s*** everywhere during the day. And cleaned out my belongings in the night time. The fence was cut next to my rv. Was never notified, then found this. There was a laps in my insurance, so I'm out 45,000 dollars thanks to these peoples lies. Thanks. Warning don't use them, I spoke to police and this has been on going for over two years. Just stop for two months to help my mom. Now all my life is gone, it was my home. Now my wife and I are homeless thanks. Storage and didn't even offer me a refund. Really crappy place don't use them.

I would give this place negative stars if I could due to the rude attitude of the employee that I spoke on the phone with. My boyfriend and I had talked to the owner of the place the week before about storing our boat here, and she had no problem doing such. But when we called back on 2/2/19 to see if there was a spot still available we spoke to a man and he was absolutely disrespectful and no help. Almost like he didn't want our business in the first place. He told us they don't like storing boats there in the first place and that we need to do research before we call. Well sorry we were a waste of your time, but we won't let you be a waste of our money.
