Ive been to this gas station many times before and this new management is beyond rude. I walk in and get no greeting, one of the Manager is always yelling at the workers on mcdonalds side which i think is very unproffesional. Not only that but i want to cash my scratchers but the cashier is always asking me how much it is and if i dont say a amount then she tosses the scratcher back at me while the other cashier is in a maintanance truck outside with her boyfriend showing a little too much P.D.A. The bathrooms are always out of service, everytime I have a problem with the scratcher machine somehow the "manager" has a attitude about helping me. Im not even sure if she is the actual manager based on how rude her customer service is. Its not worth going here. I reccomend stopping by here if you want your day to become worse.

Went in Herr to use the ladies restroom ( I am female) because I had a hat on I was followed into the restroom who while I'm actively peeing is banging on the stall door telling me I'm using the wrong restroom. First off he is in the wrong restroom. He imeaditly hid from me and the other cashier acted like she didn't know the man who clearly works there this. Was inappropriate and invasion of my privacy

Karina , your cashier at Lakewood and Park Street in bellflower had a major attitude, I asked for change to vacuum my car at the car wash area as the machine only takes quarters and I had dollars. She gave me an attitude that she only had a dollar in quarters. She said can you hear?! You have to use quarters to work it!!! Disrespectful as hell to speak to a paying customer who always frequents this gas station but I will no longer!! If you hate your job, you should really quit and not work in the public!

ELDER ABUSE!!!!! Clerk refused to cash my 72-year-old father's $100 winning Scratcher ticket and then the owner/manager demanded that he leave and never return! He is handicapped and was using a walking cane at the time! How can they sell lottery tickets without also cashing them?!!! I have also filed a complaint with the California Lottery! Horrible store!!!! We will never give them another cent!

I was looking for a gas station and this was the only one open, the kind gentleman greeted me kindly and asked if I needed anything else. I appreciated his friendliness and I appreciate how quick he was to help me so I could be on my way home. Much much appreciated

I would come here 3+ times a week for months and get my daughter a Mexico popsicle for $.99 . We always had such a great time she could just use her dollar and get her treat. Today all the sudden they decided to raise the price for a popsicle you can get all over the place $.99 to $1.39 like really y'all raise the price 40 cents over night. That's ridiculous! We will be starting our after school tradition at a new spot.

Loud music blares at you thru hidden speakers you cannot escape. You need to constantly look over your shoulder while you pump gas to make sure no one is creeping up on you to mug you. Woe to you if you have to go in and speak with the cashier, a young girl who is RUDE for no reason.

If you Want exclusive customer service please don't go here , you might not get the upscale customer service you deserve .The Caucasian guy in his late 40's at the register was very rude .it seemed if he had been having a bad day or maybe he wasn't getting enough hours I'm not sure .I was literally about to run out of gas but I could not give these people my money I drove to Lakewood and Delamo where they are very nice and well mannered.

Hey you get what you pay for!! Nothing special except there were no lines like the Arco across the street. Very clean on the inside and had lots of variety of food to choose from. I would go back here again, the manager or customer service rep was very friendly!

4/29 - The tall skinny dude who works the graveyard shift refuses services just because he is mopping and had a horrible attitude. You say you're open 24 hours..then be open 24 hours. He has headphones on and acts like he doesn't see me. I would like a supervisor to contact me about this situation. Thank you
