I work in LAX but I visit this gas station almost every day for coffee and gas. It is always a good experience due to the great customer service. I want to give a special shout-out to Karen, she always brightens my mood and is always so helpful even when she is busy; she always takes the time to make me laugh and smile. It's always a great start or end to my day! The place is always clean and well organized! Karen is definitely a backbone to this store and it is greatly noticed by me and other customers that I frequent with! Keep up the excellent work!

Screw this station- shit should be illegal. Had 50.00 in my account got water, snack and put the rest on pump 1..... total 48.80 Walk out pump not kicking on.... Went back in Clerk "oh sorry I put it on 2" *cancels transaction prints receipt and says it will be back on your card...... Me WTF that was my last money for gas this week... clerk sorry, it should be back in your account Me :-/ Knowing bank site it will take 3-5 days !!! Ass hole should have just let me move my car to pump 2

this gas station sucks so bad the buttons hardly work and they really need to update their system. They don't even take tap or contactless payments or Apple Pay. You have to have a card or cash which is really sucky come on now we're in 2023. Figure it out in Chevron, you have this gas station right next to a mall why would you not update your systems?

I cannot lie, this gas station is a hot mess. The McDonald's drive thru is part of the problem. It is super hard to navigate the parking lot with a line snaking thru it. This was my go to gas station before I had a Costco membership.

The two overweight girls are rude to the customers especially the one with glasses. People that are spending their money at this business shouldn’t have to worry about being treated like garbage by the employees for no reason. Also the bathrooms are disgusting, flies and pee everywhere, smells horrible. Obviously this is a result of poor management. It’s not hard to be polite and respectful or clean the bathroom once a year.

Almost every time i pass by here to get gas it stops at a certain amount and when i fix the nozel for it to run again it doesn't sound like gas is getting poured and i truly hope it's not getting filled with air. I'm not sure if this is a problem with others but it's quite upsetting.

I paid in store for gas and the cashier lady Maria entered the wrong pump number. I came back after the gas wasn’t pumping just to be told by Maria that it was my fault I gave the wrong information. The problem wasn’t fixed and will have to speak to manager for clarification.

This was a good place until they hired people that are completely clueless add do not understand what is posted in their store. Chevron should not hire people that cannot understand or will never learn the process of how this place works. I have been coming here for years as a happy customer but now I' am going to switch to another place if this is the people they are going to hire.
