Don't go to this Chase this one's not a real Bank if you just need an ATM they have that but nothing else no tellers it is a complete waste of time.

Did not help me cash my check since there are no tellers yet chase is my bank. if you want to cash your checksyou need to go to their nearby bank. Location has a drive up

I have never reviewed a bank but I simply must because it was the second wonderful and helpful experience I had with the ever so kind and professional Emily Strickland. I went in for something I expected some push back about, but was met with more help than I even deserved! I won't go into detail, but just say that I am very happy with the customer service I received from this 5 star chase employee! Thank you!

Don't bother. Run, don't walk if you need to do anything complicated at this branch. I had no choice but to deal with Chase to deposit a check made out in Canadian Dollars and they cashed it ($32 fee) but they closed the account on me , because they set the account up incorrectly. Fortunately I was able to deposit their USD Cashier's check at the US Bank branch inside the Vons across the street, I am seriously considering terminating my relationship with Chase after over 35 years. Their phone representative (Neu) was rude when I called to find out why the account was closed. She refused to give me her last name. She said it was not a "customer service" issue but a "compliance issue". Well, they set up the account, not me! And it took them a while to do it, they had to send it to some special department. When I received the check (it would have been nice if she had mentioned it was coming next day air by UPS although I think it took a full week) there was a TYPO in "Pay to" line.

Not that there is anything visually wrong with this branch, I just don't understand why it exists if it is "paperless". I went in to get a couple rolls of quarters and was approached by an employee standing by the entrance asking if he could help me. He then tells me that it is a cashless branch. I see no tellers around nor teller windows. He proceeded to talk on and I just cut him off with an "ok, thanks" and walked out.

They do not want to spend time with customers. Told me to call the number in the back of the card for help. I did that already and was placed on hold, that’s why I came to the store to get 1 on 1 help. Smh not coming back to this location.

Why have a branch and you cannot pull cash out without a card. That's stupid. If I wanted an ATM I would have just went to an ATM. This is a waste of a building and resources.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE REALLY UPSET WITH THEM AND OF COURSE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED

Not actually a bank branch, they are "all digital" and you can't do anything here it basically just exists to house the atm machines.

Ms Delarosa assisted me in a quick professional timely manner where many other bankers could not help me.The other branch on Woodruff n South are not as good in my opinion theres a banker there who wasnt even giving me full attention telling me I had to do my stuff online as to where here they helped me do it in 7min

This location has great tellers and first line managers. I went in because I had been frauded through zelle for 300.00. The first line managers cared! I got a call from the supervising mgr who read from the Chase script. Chase kept my money and still has for now 11 days and he just kept reading the Chase script. The reality is Chae uses the excuse of researching the fraud to hold and float your funds. I just zelled through my other customer centric bank and I had to verify the zelle 3 times before it sent the funds. CHASE take the lead from SCHOOLS FIRST AND TAKE ARE OF YOUR CLIENTS because we are your customers. Oh and by the way, School First PRACTICE is that they front you the fraud dollars till the case is settled. What a client centric policy. Chase Account permanently closed.

How tf do you not let me write who I want to pay for on a cashiers check. That is just the stupidest thing I've heard of. I'm paying for the check using my money but I can't write who I want on it my self. They are so desperate not to get replaced by the machine they are moving backwards. Writing out all request like you can't do it on a computer.
