I had an awful experience here with Adam Huesca. He was unpleasant to work with and did not help me at all. He told me "I've been here 17 years I know what I'm doing. Call a lawyer if you are confused." So I did call my lawyer and Adam was wrong, as I thought. Such a frustrating experience being told he can't help me with something when I know he could've. Not sure how he became assistant VP with his attitude.

Going to the bank Can be a tedious task for me in the past but the staff here make my visit a pleasant one. They are personable, understanding and accommodating. Dealing with people and their money is a hard job and they are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 service from James, Layla, Savannah, Anayeli, Crystal and Yahaira. Thank you guys, you are awesome Sorry if I missed any names!

I can't even believe the negative reviews. I have been banking at this branch for many years and have been to various chase locations-none other will you find the level of service and professionalism at this location. I have opened several accounts and the workers are very helpful, kind and professional. there is AlWAYS someone waiting to greet you and this does not occur at any other locations. The tellers are always very professional. I've been to the South street location a few times and always leave frustrated. Don't believe the bad reviews..

This place is understaffed, and the couple of people per shift they have working here work very slowly. If you come here, expect VERY long waits. I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes and still haven't been helped. Nobody was seen working the lobby until after 30 mins, then when they finally arrived, their personal cell phone kept going off with an alarm clock and they let it ring really loud for almost a minute before silencing it the first time. It rang three times since I've been here. This guy told me he would come back to me to take my name down on a wait list, then came back to me over 10 minutes later and said someone would be with me once they're available, then tried walking away. When I asked him if my name would go on a wait list, he said "don't worry about it, I know you're here" in a rude tone. Now there are three other people waiting. What if he forgets what order we all got here in?! Terrible and terribly slow service with no consideration for the customer at all. I've literally been in and out of the DMV faster than this.

They are lazy individuals, can't even pick up the phone when you need them. Hopefully they decide to hire a staff that could actually do their Job. Instead of milking the clock.

I had an issue with them in the past where they questioned if the money I was depositing was from edd. Which it was not. However I ignored the fact that they judged me based off how I was dressed that day. I had sweats on and a baggy shirt. Then today they allowed people to use a broken ATM with no sign or cone to block it. Then I asked for help and they said they can't do anything or accommodate me with anything and that I have to call someone for help myself and open a claim and I might be able to get my money they withdrew without actually giving it to me. It's a huge inconvenience in my day.

If I could give them less I would! The assistant branch manager is obviously a racist Ms. Rosario Garcia, and as soon as she seen me she immediately did not want to help. The associate London was more than helpful in every way and even found some of the $2 bills I requested and Rosario immediately told her that I could not have them?? Yes I came into the office @ 3:45pm (they close at 4) and only needed four $2 bills. $8 DOLLARS!!!! And when she heard what I wanted she immediately told the representative who was helping me that no I could not have them bc now they didn't have anymore???? Sooo I asked to speak with her and she never came out to speak with me and thankfully Ms. Yan who I have opened 3 accounts for my children and my business account with worked a miracle and then miraculously they now had $200 worth of the $2 bills. It's sad that this establishment has such poor management. Rosario most definitely needs to be written up and coached on how to speak with customers and how to treat people. Unfortunately even though this bank is closest to my home I will no longer give this branch my business.
