The staff at this store is a joke,I was asking the employee some female for help on a shoe to look online,she looked bothered and said it would take some time. Obviously didn't want to do her job,we said never mind and she went to go look in the mirror! Ridiculous,do better. It wasn't even busy.

Typically Champs is a great place to shop. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver on great customer service and from the manager. She was discourteous and did not make me feel like a valued customer. I will not shop at this location again.

Went to a few other shoe stores, but champs was the one they had a lot of nice styles and my shoe size. The staff was super helpful and quick over all would go again!!

Rude employee named Jesus working 12/16/21 night shift. Never will go back here again, all other employees normal and helpful this guy was out of control and I was with my kids. He’s embarrassment to the establishment !

Beautiful well kept location. Store is very clean and organized. They are taking all proper social distancing protocols and with my shoe reservation I was in and out of this Champs with I kid you not no more than 5 minutes. The staff is great and definitely great Customer service. This was the smoothest reservation drop I have ever won and I look forward to participating in the reservation and coming back to this particular Champs if I am able to lucky to win more. Hands down my favorite location. Great job at this Champs!!!

Always had good service here , I see a lot of bad reviews but not once , even when it was packed had I ever had bad service . Polite and friendly, nice environment . Keep up the good work , great place for work shirts too. Very cheap price

Horrible service I went in quick to buy shoes and the guy ringing was taking his time. He upset the family before me because they had the wrong prices displayed so they left as well. He turned his back on us to discuss something with a coworker without excusing himself and just had us waiting there for him. Worst customer service.

Visited location to purchase shoes for family.Associate was engaged in conversation with customer,after conversation employee turned & walked away to talk to fellow employees.Neither my wife or myself were acknowledged at all,stood there for a few minutes to see how we could be ignored.Will not be patronizing or visiting location ever again & will be advising family & friends to do same as I was very displeased with the total lack of non service.
