Its under new owner now. Very nice person. Great service. I am very much happy . It took only 20 min. The price is great too many shops. But overall there price is good .

The service at this location is unacceptable. I came into this store to fix my phone and they informed me that it was going to be a 40 minute wait but instead it was an hour an a half. I’m aware that things happen and time can be postponed but you should communicate with your customers when that is the case! & I came back for a second time because when they fixed it the first time they scratched my camera and lost my case, so when I told them about it instead of apologizing about it, they decided giving me an attitude was better than just apologizing and fixing the issue. ON TOP OF THAT, they cussed at me and kicked me out of the store. This company’s business is to help customers with issues regarding our devices and instead they were COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. They should really train their employees how to simply be respectful and learn to do their job correctly and apologize when they make mistakes. & corporate should be informed when their employees have done unethical behavior towards their customers because to be treated in this manner is absolutely ridiculous.

WARNING‼ DO NOT GO HERE‼ I went to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired due to a crack. They estimated it to be half an hour, and took nearly 90 minutes to fix it. When I got it back, they messed up the home button! The guy soon took it back and after about 3 more hours, said it was broken before I gave it to them. Falsely accusing a customer and blaming a customer for something they broke. He refused to admit fault and after calling security and filing a report, nothing was solved. Me and the head security went to i-cell and asked if they could damage the home button if removing the screen. The guy at i-cell, said it can only be broken if trying to repair the screen and not being careful after examining the phone. The guy at cellularis said I must have dropped it, and that's why the home button is broken.
