Friday 16th I placed an order for pick up, according to the website it was supposed to be ready within 3-4 hours and I would receive an email once my items were ready. Waited 4 hours no email, no phone call, nothing so I decided to head there hoping they had my items ready. They told me they didn't have my items so I told them they could've emailed me earlier saying my item was out of stock. I asked for a refund, they said they'll email me with the details. Today is Monday 19th and still haven't received no email or a phone call, also called customer services nobody was able to help me. I feel like they're stealing my money and this is not okay, I'm very upset.

Don't buy the snacks, too pricey. Other than that, I like walking around and seeing their stuff. I like their winne the pooh section. Associates are fun and sweet.

Called looking for Flash Gear and called the Lakewood store. The gentleman was super courteous that answered the phone. Makes me feel their customer service is great!

This store has all the Disney and Universal Merch you need. Prices are fair and if you join there email list they send tons of coupons and sales. Customer service is always top notch as well. Highly recommend
