“Definitely a go to spot for recovery tokens and milestone tokens. As for selection, old school tokens mostly however they are super willing to order the “Bling” tokens for you. Kristi and Ken recently took over the store after the passing of the other owner so their hands are very full. They are really friendly and have every intention of listening to what everyone has to say and the small things they hear people say and say in time will have the store brought up to date. In the meantime it’s completely full of wonderful things for everyone”

“This is the most well-stocked metaphysical store i've been to in the LA OC area! Rhapsody is always been welcoming and I always shop here for my metaphysical needs. I went Sage Goddess the other day and she charged $10 for 10 grams of gold copal but I was able to get 2 ounces or 56.699 grams for $3! Her prices are unbeatable and by far the most reasonable and accessible! I will keep shopping here for my metaphysical need”

“Used books and collectibles here. I found one of my most prized books here. An Aorcraft yearbook for 1929. I also bought a 1958 owners glovebox manual for a Corvette. A great place to shop and there is a large antique mall next door.”
“I have been to Barnes and Noble hundreds of times and I never get tired of it.
What makes this Barnes and Noble so unique is that this store has their very own Starbucks Cafe. Unlike most B&N stores, this one has Cupcakes, Mac and Cheese, Cookies, Grilled Cheese and Chocolate Brownies just to name a few. The store also has amazing drinks like this limited edition drink that is shown below.
I like how the store renovated. Looks like if the store has just opened for the first time.
The staff members were nice and resourceful. Never get tired of seeing them.
The book section is nice and labeled. Easy to find books based on your personal taste.
The downside is that the renovation has limited the spaces for physical media, vinyls and CDs. For example, there were tons of Criterion movies back in the day. Now, it’s just limited to one section.
Overall, this B&N store is amazing and never gets old.”

“We love Chess Palace. This is a place for people that are serious about learning to play chess well. The open play nights are amazing. Players from six to eighty gather for the opportunity to play a lot of games with a lot of different skill levels and learn while having fun. We love this space they've created for chess players.”

“We recently visited Alabadle store, and were very impressed by the variety of books, CD's, gifts and other items so appropriate and beautiful for the home or gift giving. The customer service lady who was there at the time of our visit was very kind, friendly and helpful with our needs. The store is clean, ample and no one is rushing you to buy anything. We did buy a lovely item and will definitely go back soon, as Christmas is going to be here sooner than we expect, and the gift variety here is truly awesome. “I love how they've become more Indie-like in recent years. I just wish they would change their hours or change their tactics. They make you feel very unwelcome after 8:00 or so. They make announcements often, go around telling you they are closing, at 8:30 ask you to make final decisions, lock the entry way early. I understand people get distracted in bookstores. I understand they don't want to stay late. I just think stores that simply change their hours to help with that become much more welcoming to the customer.”
