I have had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Biji Balakrishnan, who I firmly believe is unsuitable for a managerial role. Despite my 20-year loyalty, my problem remains unresolved, which is utterly disheartening. Consequently, I have escalated this matter to the corporate office.

I asked the gentleman for a TV I can cast a Google phone and a Samsung phone to. I spent $1k on something that's not even compatible with either device trying to talk to a manager over the phone is like talking into the void... "Hello?.... Hellloooo??? Anyone there???" Oh look someone in the Philippines that can't me with store problems because they're just a call center! Yay meee! Needless to say I'm pissed because installing a 85inch TV was a never do that again experience n then to find out it's not even what u specifically requested!? Yeah pissed is an understatement

This was the only place that helped me find solution when husband was in nursing home. We found "earphone splitter" device that let both of us listen to the same tv show through our own private earphones without disturbing his roommates.
