Let's just say slow! They only have 2 people working the bank teller windows, a guy walking around with a tablet, doing what, not sure! Another 4 personal bankers sitting in a glass office. A line of customers waiting to speak with tellers. I had a simple deposit & needed some change, 40 minutes! Why couldn't one of the other employees jump behind a window and knock some customers out. Work as a team to get our money deposited. Finally my turn, I swipe my drivers license, cause I know the routine. The teller ask me to swipe again because she cleared something! Wow! Then she ask to see my license, why did I need to swipe it if she wanted it handed to her? This bank is not consistent. Before I use to hand them my license and they would say NO, please swipe! Now I need to swipe & give it to them!!!!

Let me just say that if you bank with B of A you're cutting yourself short. The first point of contact at any establishment that provides customer service and essentially thrives on consumers should be pleasant and at the very least amicable. Well Paola Volu... whatever her last name is, is anything but that. Not sure what her position is here at this B of A, but she probably lacks the knowledge and ability to be a teller. However for one reason or another they have her a a greater and her very condescending tone drives potential customers away. Avoid her at any cost, good luck!

I want to focus on the ATM. With COVID, there has been a heavy push for everyone to use ATMs over going inside the branch offices. This branch have drive through ATMs that are messed up one way or another. It isn't because of tagging or destruction of property. It is simply the bank. Okay, I can do the walk up ATMs, right? Unless you are here late at night or early in the morning, someone is completing a long transaction that holds up the long line. Patience is always a virtue and it becomes your turn. Dont withdrawal increments of $100 or you will receive a $100 bill. How do I spend that at 7 Eleven or any other store? A hondo isn't welcomed when you purchase a $3 soda pop. This requires me to go inside the bank to make change... defeating the purpose of an ATM. Is this a First World problem? Seems like this should have been easier.

[email protected] RMNShame on Bank of America!Today is the anniversary of my renaissance rebirth - life saved from 42 stab wounds that occurred in veterans homeless refuge I was opening under nonprofit I founded over five decades ago in response to `ask what you can do for your country'. I wanted the nonprofit to stay Lilliputian without government nor grant funding relying solely on self-labor efforts without salary for me. Paperwork with Federal/State government was filed and a bank account opened with Bank of America. When my children reached adulthood, they came on board also without compensation. Accounts were added. And then they changed their policies - they were treating nonprofit as a busines requiring $5,000.00 minimum or fees would occur. Even postage is precious. I wrote `pleading' case and response unempathetic. All the accounts had to be closed and money borrowed to keep one active. But, recently, realized that it would be a good idea to add one back on existing account. All the paperwork had been filed before, including signature card. Current account holder went into local branch and not only unempathetic but insisting that once again paperwork had to be filed. Final straw. They do not want us. So, the account is being closed this weekend. Nonprofit will go elsewhere - where respect, empathy, professional consideration is blessed for `micro' in same manner as it is for `macro' 501 (c)(3's)Posted YELP, copies to Luminaries

I thought had a problem with receiving something from Zelle, and the employee explained that it should go smoothly, and showed me why. Excellent customer service.

I just switched over to BOA and came here to cash my check at around 12:30pm on a Thursday. There was one teller which fine whatever, it is lunch time. I waited in line for about 45 minutes and when I get to the front the teller lady says she can't cash my check, it's a BOA check... she says to deposit it in the ATM (whatever difference that makes) I ask if they'll hold it. She says "no it'll be available tomorrow morning" so I say "so that's still a hold you know" she gives me attitude saying it's only a day and she can't cash it anyway. I walk away pissed off not knowing what to do because I need money right then and there for my bills. Go to the BOA on bellflower Blvd they cash my check with no problem. The teller is lazy and doesn't wanna deal with people who can do the same thing on the ATM, which I understand but I needed money that day. Rude rude rude and lazy

No line. All tellers do not and cannot do a bank wire. Sat in the waiting area more than one hour during my lunch break, while abunch of employees laughing, giggling, walking around. Terrible service. Time to join a different bank.

Walked in to see a banker without an appointment. Employee told me that they could see me in 15 minutes. About 15 minutes later, she told me that a banker would be available after her phone appointment was done. 15 minutes later, I asked if there was a restroom (no? so about how much longer do you think I'll be waiting?) and only then was I informed that the phone appointment (that I guess the banker wasn't on while I was waiting) had just walked in and had been allowed to see the banker and that she had no idea how long it would be until I would be seen. When I pointed out that I wish she had updated me sooner, she got defensive. I'm done with Bank of America. It's never not frustrating dealing with them.

This atm was HUGE. it's 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide. It has its own handicap parking too with a ramp that goes right up to it. It's made of fake stone, so give it a good open hand "wam" and see it move. You'll feel powerful. Across the street from the aarp. A bunch of punk kids we're walking down the street on my way there, but theres nothing around.
