AT&T service sucks and they treat businesses customers like crap. Of course I fell for it when they had their shiny sales person come to my house after I installed my DIRECTV they took my phones I found out their service sucks. I tried to give them back their phones, they would not give me back my phones anyways I gave their phones to T-Mobile cause I needed to run a business, and now they're showing up on my credit report. A company so big they think they collide everybody and that's why they have a bunch of one star review. All customer service is India

Ingrid, who helped me at the store was extremely professional and helpful. We have been with AT&T for 20 years and had several extra accounts and numbers that we no longer needed and she walked me through the entire procedure. She definitely deserves a promotion.

This store hirers young people who are rude. I've had aT&T for 20years and about to change providers due to lack of respect for people and companies as myself that have been loyal customers to be treated like #!@?. AT&T should value us older more wiser consumers who have helped build there customer base.

My phone has been overheating and started to separate to where the Sim card isn't reading. I went into the Lakewood store to have it repaired or replaced and was told that my phone wasn't insured when I know that we requested insurance on both of the phones we purchased but for some reason the representative only insured one of the phones and not both. All this time we thought both phones were insured. It doesn't make any sense to insure only one. This was an error made by the AT&T representative but they claim that they can do nothing about it. I don't think this is fair.

I did a trade in for a new phone online. They gave me the option to either ship the phone through the mail or trade it in in-person at a store. I get to the store and I end up waiting about 20 minutes to be served even though there more more employees in the store than customers. Whatever. The guy helping me was polite enough but his tech wasn't working so he had to go to the back and get another one. A little frustrating but whatever. He enters the trade in information into his tech and tells me that it says m my phone has already been traded in. The phone that's sitting on the table in between us. He speaks to another employee and they tell me "you're supposed to ship this back." I explain that online, it told me to go into any AT&T store, he tries to tell me that I have it wrong. I pull up the actual email from AT&T, attached, that tells me to go to any AT&T store and trade it in. He speaks to another employee and this employee tells me that I have to contact customer service and get a box for shipping. Sorry. This store wasted my lunch break. I call customer service and they tell me that the store should have accepted my trade-in, they don't understand why they didn't. Overall just a very frustrating experience. Would not go back.

Bobby the manager is a top line leader. He's well respected by the staff and it shows in their customer service.Melonie was a prime example of a well trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
