I came here one day before work. I went on pump 2 and asked the older ethnic lady to put $15 on my pump and to begin with she corrected me but with such a horrible attitude. I told her that's fine just pump whatever amount I had handed her. As I squeeze the pump to release gas the gas starts to pour from the lever because it was broken!!! My pants hands feet clothes and skin were wet with gas. That alone is very hazardous to my health and the lady said to me she could not give me my money back from the gas that spilled from them having a broken pump or at least put the full amount on another pump that actually WORKS and she said no because how would she know it's actually broken and that I'm not lying. She made me feel like a delinquent with motives to scam her or something. She could've checked herself since she thought I was trying to pull a fast one on her. She showed no interest care or sympathy in the fact that THEIR pump wasted my money and spilled all over me. I had to go to work with gas filled clothes until my husband brought me clean clothing and by then my head was pounding and I had thrown up from the gas penetrating my skin and inhaling it for so long. Seriously disgusted with the service here. Mind blowing to see some people just don't have any human decency.

Worst AMPM ever food is expired , it spit out a rotten pastry I had bought and today I bought a turkey and cheddar sandwich with the put on yourself experation date labels and it was the worst thing I ever ate

What I loved about this Arco AM PM was not only the very friendly staff: MS.Betty and Ms.Juana but the owner made himself avail to receive my compliment.Furthermore this station has a gender friendly restroom - maintained clean and avail for patrons!!!Yes!! Esp when so many gas stations have been closing their restrooms during the Pandemic!Mark A.Wunn

Not 24/7 attendants are smoking weed in parking lot drinking also loses at 11:30pm say they open at 12:30am bad business and business owner been like this for 3 years

I was trying to pump gas. Tried to go inside lady heavy set Latina lady ignored me. I figure she was busy and trynna finish count so I waited about 10 mins. Still nothing I knocked on the window and she ignored me. Then she looks like she was done and going to open and she started to walk away. I knocked a little louder she ignored me and went to the back somewhere. That lady needs to learn how to let customers know if she will open or not. And not pretend as if she didn't here me knock on the opposite side of the glass. She always seems to be a issue when going to this gas station. Everyone else is easy going and talks. Lady is rude.

ARCO always has good prices. This location has panhandlers and staff often ignores customers. Not very helpful. I was ignored on my last visit when purchasing gas and it was a very long transaction with a long line of customers. Clerk was too busy stocking selves. Very poor customer service. I ask three times for the air to be turned on. It never happened.

This space is one of my regular gas stops around LA - this in the socal city of Lakewood. They have good fuel prices, good assortment of snacks and super attentive staff. But today Juana went above her usual fabulous self. The store carries a non dairy creamer made by silk - silk makes a range of products including almond milk. There were no ingredients that were readable - just vegan noted.l- on the label. I have an almond allergy so I asked Juana if she knew what the ingredients were. She navigated the label and couldn't find anything. She expressed concern for customers with food allergies that you couldn't see what was in the creamers then pulled out the boxes to check. The Silk non dairy creamers are not made of almond milk but are processed in a facility that processes tree nuts. That can mean everything to a person with sensitive food allergies. I had a coworker almost die from a cookie with small crumbs of nuts on top that looked like plain cinnamon sugar. Juana didn't have to do any of that. We all know those retail places and gas stations where the employees look pissed off all the time and annoyed they have to even help you. Juana - she wanted to make sure she knew what was in the creamers, to let people know who had sensitive allergies. Some of the mall workers just a few streets away could take a lesson from Juana. Hopefully her boss reads this and appreciates the hardworking, professional she is. And if you're in the hood and filling up your tank, give Juana a shout out. Or buy her a Starbucks card. I'm going to.

My boyfriend lives 3 minutes away ,every time we go there at 11:00 P.M there close then later we go at midnight ,again close.We tried going there at 2:00 A.M.,close. This experience happens quite frequently. This is not the first time this happens numerous times.We think its false advertising to call this business A.M. P.M YOUR CLOSE MOST OF THE TIME IN THE LATE EVENINGS AND EARLY MORNINGS , VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Half the time I come here I get a broken pump. I go inside to tell them and then don't make a note or put a sign on the broken pump they just say someone else will deal with it later. It's too bad, this is the most convenient gas station. I wish they'd get it together and fix their equipment. Sure, it's just $.35 but it's a pain when it's literally half the time I come here.
