Went to get front and rear pads replaced. Brought my own pads. Guy says " we don't do that anymore, we use our own parts" I said ok that's fine u can use "your parts". He then proceeds to go outside and asks if I have my wheel lock with me I said yes. After all this we then walk back inside and he tells me he dooesnt know if his mechanic is going to be in. (He could have told me that from the beginning). He then begins to call his mechanic and says his mechanic is not answering. So he asks if I wanted to leave my truck and he would call me if his mechanic makes it in or if i wanted to try somewhere else. I told em it's Ok I'll try to find some time to replace them myself. The whole thing turned out to be a waste of my time and fuel. Long story short, call and make sure you call a shop and see it there's mechanics there before driving to the place.

Thanks again Allen Tires for taking care of me.once again. My previous Porsche Panamera was serviced at Allen Tires and the fellas took good care of me. I now have a newer Mercedes and I had the pleasure of working with sales rep MAXWELL and manager Jose, who were so kind, gave me the best valued tires for my vehicle and told me all about the warranty service. I want to thank these guys for really looking out for me as usual. Also want to thank the tire installer, Edwardo for doing an amazing job. I would not look anywhere else to get my car serviced but at Allen Tires because your reputation in the community is outstanding. I will make sure I spread the word to only go to Allen Tires for all your service needs with regards to tire, oil changes, rotations, and any other things related to tires Thank you once again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Same day scheduling for a rotation, they were done in 30 min while I waited. It’s not the closest tire shop to me but you can’t beat their service and there’s never an upsell. Appreciate the straight-forward advice for when I’ll need new tires and alignments for our Tesla.

Carson St, Lakewood location. Not my first time having service at this location and the employees are awesome and very professional! Walked in on a Sunday around noon with a flat tire in truck bed and spare mounted. Asked if flat could be checked/fixed. Was late in day with cars on racks and told might not happen until Mon. Was perfectly OK with me. Received a call a little later same day saying tire was checked and ready to go. Tire was mounted and spare placed back under truck. 10 star rating!!!

Ever since they got bought by Monro the customer service here has gone in the dumpster. I bought tires less than a year ago so they are still under warranty, but they will only do appointments to fix a tire that has a hole in it? not sure how that helps when the tire is actively leaking. Finding a new tire place for sure.
EDITED: I bumped this review to 4 stars after they were able to get my tire fixed. I am still disappointed that they no longer can acommodate any emergency fixes, but they took care of my tire in about 2 hours.

Had a screw in my tire and the office personnel were very helpful and didn’t even charge me to plug my tire… tipping was the least I could do for the fast service….thanks again

Can't recommend, specifically for an alignment. 4 brand new tires. Got a full alignment. Drove off, my car pulled heavy, went back same day, they realigned the front. Car seemed fine. 2 months later and the front tires are completely chewed up. Worn out. Went to a different tire shop in Lakewood, they said it was the worst alignment they've ever seen for it to only have been 2 months with light driving. If you guys aren't capable of doing alignments, stop offering the service. Not only am I'm out 700 because of a bad alignment, but I'm also out 150 for the job you did. Never again.
