Dude! Why do some store have to be so damn petty? This store won't let me fill up an old water bottle in the sink. Almost every 7 Eleven store has no issue with someone filling up small water bottles but not this one. I bought coffee and snacks here but water?! No! That's, "not allowed."
Petty, dudes....petty.

Very bad service, this bald man that wears this beanie all the time that works in the front is very rude.I told him clear instructions on what I wanted and he completely ignored me and did the complete opposite then didn’t give me my refund.He’s very disrespectful everytime I come in and I know I’m not the only one.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A BAD TEMPER!!

The 7/11 usually isn’t this bad, but lately when I’ve been going, that bald guy in the front that wears a beanie majority of time is super rude and has terrible customer service. All the other employees give me no issue, but he clearly doesn’t like his job and shouldn’t be upfront EVER dealing with the customers.

Its not a 24 hours store/gas station. They do 10 pm cleaning the store and after the cleaning , it still have its door close.

I came in to use the microwave to warm up some slices of pizza I had. the guy rushes over before I could even use it and was saying no outside food and was pointing at a sign that said something completely different lol. I could respect saying no outside food but you pointing at something that has nothing to do with that or doesn't even mention it. Just rude and hateful lol. I've been to other 7 elevens that didn't mind. I wasn't gonna break it or contaminate it, but this was just God showing me to NOT come here again. I stay away from people with nasty attitudes.

Walked in about 9:30am for a cup of coffee, there was not a fresh pot already made so I went to the cashier to ask him to make a fresh pot. He seemed preoccupied but he did it. It was only 1 other person in the store at the time. After getting a fresh pot of coffee I fixed it up and grabbed a couple of other things. At the register they have 7-11 brand cookies, so I decided to get that instead of the prepackaged cake. I asked him to take the cake off and add the cookies instead and he flat out denied to take the cake off. He said he could not because he had already rung it up. I'm looking at him like WTF I have not even paid yet why can't you take it off? Then he started playing stupid like he did not understand what I was saying. Said he could not take it off so I paid for something I did not want. This guy clearly needs to learn some things about customer service. I will not ever go back here again!!

The effing worst! Dried up "hot" food (really, it is warm...if you are lucky). The coffee pots stick to the warming plate due to years of neglect and spilled coffee. Then, after all the frustration, you get to wait in a long line that is attended by a cashier with an attitude. How does this business survive?!? At least this crappy service is consistent EVERY TIME!Go elsewhere is you don't want this poor service and disgusting food.
