The debit card reader failed to function properly, and I attempted to use it multiple times. I brought this issue to the attention of an employee who responded by yelling at me that my phone is not working instead of assisting with resolving the problem.He also failed to forward the receipt to me via email.

I bought lotto ticket and I won $205 and trying to cash it at 7-11.They won't cashed it because they said they don't keep large money in the register. It was nonsense since a guy just bought a mega million lotto worth over $300 ! I went to 7 seven eleven and came back to the where I bought the ticket but don want to cash it with the same reason that they don't have large amoun in the register ! So I raised my voice and demanded to talk to the manager or the owner and tell all the costumer inside my frustration and caught their attention and cashed my ticket . I told the store salesman that I will report them to consumer affairs and Lakewood Chamber of Commerce about my bad experience to seven eleven !

Pumpkin Spice Coffee was amazing, Thank You. The best coffee station:Coffee was hot and there were many choices.Coffee creamer was abundant and even had pumpkin spice creamer!I was so surprised and pleased with all the different choices of sugar. I enjoyed this coffee station. Staff was friendly and professional and was patient enough to let me ask questions. I found the store to be clean. I will be making this place a routine coffee stop on my way to work. This location is strongly recommended.

Older Caucasian man in there was rude to me and didn't even hand me my receipt, instead just put in his pocket and that just seemed kind of weird...I'll be going to a different 7-eleven instead..

This place is the worst. Was there this morning at 9am and the guy didn't speak a lick of english. I had to repeat my self 5 times and I even used sign language and he still didn't catch on. Won't be going there any more. I only gave a 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave a comment with out it. Deserves a 0 star!!!! I would rather go to the gas station!

I would give this store and MIKE a zero if I could. Laughed at me when I attempted to practice social distancing and actually said to me, "What do you expect, you are in a public place." Really??? I will drive a bit further and go to a different 7-11 from now on.

Just called to see if they had an item around and the guy said he didn’t know if they had a certain gift card. 12:13am I’m sure he wasn’t busy. I live just around the corner but I’ll drive to another 1 so I won’t have to support this dude.
