Woodside automotive is the mechanic you're looking for. They are patient with you when you're trying to explain the issue that only happens randomly. They diagnosed my issue and gave me a price I couldn't turn down. The shop is clean, everyone is nice and they even showed me the parts they replaced. I will keep using them for as long as I can.

I have been bringing my families vehicles here for the better part of a decade, I have always been treated kindly and their services have always been incredibly fair and they never recommend work that didn't need to be done. I could not recommend a business more than I do this one.

They said they fixed my vehicle but it broke down less than 10 minutes after leaving the shop .. So, instead of admitting they didn’t know how to fix my vehicle, they charged me to install a bunch of parts that the vehicle didn’t need, and also charged for the incorrect diagnostic. Then, after all that, as I was sitting there broken down, telling them they didn’t fix the issue, they still tried to charge me another $175 to get a different diagnostic.**update, now the company is flat out lying in their response, saying I provided a “faulty part,.” What really happened is, they claimed my vehicle had a bad computer, so I provided a new one, (which didn’t fix the problem), so they put back the old computer and the car ran fine with the old computer, (which they said was bad)., so their diagnostic was wrong, Also, they never refunded me a penny, so they are also lying about their claim of “extortion”.. the issue, which I found out later, (no thanks to them), had to do with the fuel system. Which I told them multiple times to check, (because the problem kept happening after I filled up the gas, which I told them), and they never did. They kept just trying to get me to pay for an additional $175 diagnostic because they couldn’t figure out the problem. They also lied about the car having a check engine light. AND they also took out my transmission control module and kept claiming that it was my engine control module, even after I told them it wasn’t, and wasted a bunch of my time, they refuse to admit when they’re wrong, they would rather lie and make up stories in an effort to appear innocent. Despicable! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! (Attached is the photo they sent of my transmission control module, claiming it was the engine control module)

I brought my girlfriend's car in for a brake job a couple of weeks ago for a fair price and quick service. I am back in today because the brakes were already making a grinding sound. Without hesitation, they got it in and are making it right. I appreciate the customer service. I would recommend them to other people based on the service that I received.

I am so glad I found this place! Rod and Pierre repaired my car brakes for 1/4 of the price quoted by the big guys and gave me 10 times the quality and value. They were honest and transparent through the entire process. I will be bringing my car back for future needs. ? Thanks Woodside Automotive!

This shop is head and shoulders above the norm for most auto repair locations. They are truly a class act. They went far beyond what other shops would have done in my situation. First of all, they took me back home after dropping off auto for repair. Then made repair first thing in the morning before noon and delivered the car to my home that allowed me to take care of an emergency. On top of all of that, the price was absolutely fair and reasonable. Never use anyone else again. These are people you can TRUST!!
