I had a horrible experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist actually called me and rudely asked why I’m on such a high dose of medication and that she needed to speak to my doctor.
Then when I would go fill my prescription, they would make me wait until 2pm. They do not know how to treat people with mental health issues and it’s unfortunate.
I changed pharmacies and have not had a single issue since. Consider finding another pharmacy and save yourself the headache.

Horrible horrible horrible place. Was picking up post operation medications for my boyfriend, the guy who gave them to me was scattered so much that it seemed like he gave me all the bottles I needed, but when I got home there was only 2 out of the 4 meds needed. Skip forward 3 days, trying to get the meds they didn’t give me, and their pharmacists are arguing on the phone with a nurse from Sharp memorial that they can’t give us 81mg aspirin we never received due to their negligence…… “we didn’t receive the order” yet it says it went through on the Sharp app? Make this make sense?????
Just remembered after this…. ALSO put an order for methocarbamol on the 25 of April that ALSO said a refill was needed, yet when we called they said they had nothing. This place is prolonging pain because they can’t get their crap straight and it’s unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Aweful service. I was being helped by a "manager" named Peter. I asked him to print a receipt for me because on my end I pressed no receipt by mistake. He gives me attitude and tells me he is incapable of figuring that out. After arguing with me back and forth he storms off to the back. Throwing away my coupon as if he has authority to. I then look at another coworker to ask him to retrieve it from the trash because Peter threw it away out of frustration. He comes back with my receipt and I address his behavior. Reminding him he is a manager and throwing away others peoples coupons bc you're "irritated" is not appropriate. With a little snarky tone he says it was "probably an accident" this dudes snarky and rude to customers. Real piece of work.

the pharmacy is the worst costumer ever every time I come to pick up medicine they always give dirty looks and also they don't help at all or can't answer a simple question

Received excellent service from Betty the other day. I had a return that I thought I wasn’t going to be able to complete but while I was in line for my scoop of ice cream she went above and beyond and was able to finish my return. Service like hers I rarely see anymore and I needed to make sure that if anyone goes to Rite Aid Lakeside Betty will definitely be a great help!!

I went yesterday for cold medication. The lady at the register, sandy blond hair and glasses was very helpful and and made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you. You have great customer service skills.

I love this Rite Aid. The store is always clean. The associates are knowledgeable and very helpful. The store has good store hours and you rarely have to wait. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my prescriptions.

This Rite Aid is spacious and attractive and in the busy Hillcrest area. There is plenty of parking space. The employees are helpful and courteous. There is even an ice cream shop in the store with as close to homemade as anyone can get. It is a relaxing shopping environment to experience.
