Worst customer service ever!

I went in to get a battery change on my older car and Nicholas was the only employee there. He was quick with changing my battery and he helped me on how to take better care of my vehicle insides. He is very knowledgeable and had great customer service. The shop was cleaned up and I hope his management team see this and gives him praise for all his hard work. I will definitely be returning for any and all my car needs.

Came to the location, I needed to change my car battery. I was able to get Nicks help. He helped me with installing my battery and my wind shield wipers. He was great to talk to and very informative and knowledgeable. He definitely had a great customer service. Will come back for sure just to have nicks help.

I came in today, Normally I don’t go to auto shops with my brother or my dad but I came in and Nicholas was so helpful and make it easy for me to understand everything. I need to get new windshield wiper put on and if felt like I blinded and it was done. I was impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge of what I needed and when I was looking around another customer came in and I watch Nicholas man two Registers at the same time. He got everything done in a timely and this should be recognized if not done already. Well definitely be coming back.

came in one day spoke to the Boss man Javier he ordered me an alternator, great dude didn’t make me pay on the spot cause i wasn’t 100% on the cash yet. I did have to wait for the next day to pick it up cause it was in national city. Mr assistant manager Nicholas with assistance of Alen who was speedy with the parts finding sold me the part. Great place great people. French toast out 6('-')9

Used to like coming into the store, good service. However the last several times I've gone in there's an employee that walks around with techno style music on full blast in his pocket, can't even concentrate on what you're trying to pick up.
No one greet you when you walk in or out, and when they do help you they just keep the music on in their pocket full blast. Like you're at a club. Unprofessional will have to find another store to go to.

Had to go here cuz my check engine light was on so I went to get my engine read. I told the man what was happening and asked Politely if HE could please read my engine with the reader. Well obviously that was a problem. He gave me the reader and said "here" and handed me it. I told him "I don't know how to do that" and his response was "you'll figure it out" no help AT ALL after I told him I didn't know how too. I sucked it up anyways and let this guy be disrespectful. If you are a woman (like I am) don't let these bozos treat you like trash. Bring your dad or husband to the lakeside store so they don't take advantage of you and treat you like your stupid.
