“I intended on going to Walmart, but walked right by this place. I’ve a new iPhone 15 Pro Max & they had a decent variety of cases. Mostly between $20 & $34. Perfect, I just want something that will prevent damage when I drop, not something for spending days submerged in the ocean. I also wanted a glass screen protector. Then they talked me into a $5 camera lenses protector.They explained everything clearly, bargained the cost a bit, hooked me up with a case I really like (simple with a soft rubber interior layer for shock protection like my last of 5yrs). They also installed my screen protector glass & camera shield. I walked out at $37 very pleased. Plus they were friendly & happy people, my kind of place.”
“I need a battery for my mom's old iPhone and searched on Yelp. Touch-tel was the most competitive price! I went there the next day and it was replaced less than an hour! Only bad thing was they didn't honor the Yelp check in. Don't offer the check in discount if it won't be honored!”

Not only did he get us transfered he also helped us with my daughters phone whose battery was constantly dying. Told me what to do and how to do it while he was helping with the transfer. “My old phone died -- I'd had it for quite a few years -- so I went here to get a replacement. The process was quick and easy, and cost less than I would have guessed. The clerk/tech was very clear and open, and answered all my questions. He was able to clone my old phone, so I didn't lose any contacts, or even the images in my photo gallery. Everything went very smoothly. I am very glad they are open on Sunday. The new phone is really nifty!”

“This cricket store is THE BEST out of all of them I've had cricket for years an most of the stores have been very accommodating in the past but as of late I've really had trouble finding one that would help me with my issues unless I was spending a ton of money there so I went to MONTES STORE on Washington and he was absolutely fantastic the phone I was trying to connect didnt work for cricket so instead of trying to sell me a new phone he gave me a number to an inexpensive phone repair store and I ended up only SPENDING 45$$$ INSTEAD an it's all thanks to monte I was super stressed so thank you for saving the day !!!”
