I am truly impressed, start to finish! They replaced our patio door and it looks great! They are quick and painless, quality Milgard product and excellent installation. Would definitely recommend them. They even rushed the install for us when I requested to have it done by a certain date. 5 stars!

I called Best Value Glass to get some assistance with a couple of windows in my house that needed to be repaired. Alanis, Christine and Scott did something that not enough companies do now days, and that's going above and beyond with their customer service.
I won't hesitate to use them again and I'll be referring them to family and friends.

Contacted Best Value Glass for a window glass replacement. Scott came out to take a look and gave us a ballpark estimate in person and after a day got an official quote through email. I shopped around and they were very reasonably priced and decided to go forward with a deposit. After two weeks, the glass arrived and we scheduled an appointment and Scott came out to remove and replace the glass. Excellent experience overall and would definitely recommend their services.

Outstanding, highly recommend! This company not only quoted us the best price to replace a broken patio glass window, but also gave us exemplary service installing it. The installation crew installed the window perfectly, then cleaned the new window along with the dirty adjoining window and thoroughly cleaned up all the broken glass including moving furniture and getting down on hands and knees to vacuum for bits of glass. I have never seen that kind of customer service.

Everything started 20FEB23…called for a free quote and within a day the measurements gentleman came by right on time and took necessary measurements and glass thickness…days later Christine (making things happen) called to follow up and see if I want to move on with the replacement…I ended up making decision on 16MAR23, my window glass replacement arrived on 31MAR22 and installation happened on 7APR23…half the agreed amount paid prior to order and rest was paid at job completion…There is no higher than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and usually you have some hiccups doing such job but with this company ZERO oh by the way and zero regrets…so darn happy we decided to choose them compared to rip off HOMEDEPOT and LOWES and couple other where everyone said glass replacement alone impossible. BEST VALUE is true BEST VALUE….Thanks to Christine and installation supervisor FIDEL…

Very happy that I came here, the price was a lot cheaper than I expected to replace our sliding window, had it done by the next day, he wanted to make sure we warm since it’s been some cold nights! Definitely coming back here in the future!
