I purchased a sausage egg mcmuffin an the egg was not done. The white of the egg was runny. The person who replaced my sandwich told me next time I need to ask for the egg to be cooked well done. I'm sorry, I thought all the egg should already be done. I shouldn't have to ask for cool egg on my breakfast sandwich. On a good note Everytime I come there there is a wonderful lady in the drive thru that always make my day. She is so kind and have great customer service skills. Thank you.

They've improved over the years, had some ongoing customer service issues years ago that deterred my ongoing patronage for some time. Staff is very friendly & understanding from crew to management. A decent amount of parking, although drive-thru can be crammed at peak hours.Kid-friendliness: No playground, but quiet inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible.

I honestly wouldn't mind paying these price hikes for $20 an hr. wages but they NEVER get my order correct. Even when I order for myself in the app. It's ridiculous. If these employees want $20 an hr. They need to be held to a $20 an hr standard which imo includes NOT giving me chicken when. I ordered a sausage McMuffin . Also not putting ONLY ketchup when I ask for NO ketchup. I am literally taking my own order in the app, checking myself out by paying in the app, the very least they can do is make and bag my order correctly. This location is absolutely THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

I drove by it twice because the sign was not lit up. They took my order but the food I got was wrong. Tried to take the corporate survey, but the receipt did not have the appropriate identifying information.Vegetarian options: I ordered a sandwich with NO bacon but it was served with bacon on it

It was a terrible experience. We ordered one cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, French fries and 2 milkshakes. They forgot to put milkshakes, French fries. No straws. I never had this kind of horrible experience before.

I went into McDonald's to order a cup of coffee. Upon arriving there were 2 registers with 2 signs that said we're short staffed and you must order at the kiosk....so I attempted to order at the kiosk and my code for coffee wouldn't work. I asked an employee(later found out to be manager Eileen) for help as the code wasn't working. I asked if I could order up front and she said no, the only way to order is on the kiosk. I told her it wasn't working and she told me in a rude condescending voice that it doesn't matter ...I then asked for help and she condescending walked to the machine and entered my code.The code didn't work and she then told me the code didn't work...I told her I know and that's why I came to her for help....at that time the app said I would have to wait 15 minutes because I had used the deal.I told Eileen what it said and she told me in a very rude and Conde voice that I would have to wait. I told her I couldn't wait 15 minutes and she said that was not her fault and she had no way to honor the discount.I then asked for a manager and she said she is the manager. I then asked for the General Manager or their phone number and she told me to call a number posted inside the store. I called and couldn't get help at all as it kept looping me back to the main menuI am disgusted at the disgraceful act put on by Eileen. I get my coffee from McDonalds daily and the fact that I went to her for help and explained that the code wasn't working and she then put the code in herself and it didn't work followed by her telling me there's nothing she could do and I'd have to wait is grounds for at minimum a 7 day suspension.She didn't defuse at all....she was talking soft but very rude and the look on her face made it seem as if I was bothering her routine.I expect nothing less than to hear back from the general managers boss as when I requested the GM I was told it's not possible to speak to them.I have no clue how you made her a manager as she does not know how to treat people. I have been coming to McDonald's for 4 decades and I have never seen a manager act like this...and I know she could have applied a discount to get the 99 cent coffee....but because she wanted to throw around her authority I then had to leave and drive to another McDonald's and then wait until the 15 minutes was up to order my coffee.You can contact me at my phone or email. worst costumer ever!! I was there and no one was at the counter and one of the worker was grumpy and said "use the machine to make youre order sir! we have a lot of people. when I was there there was barely any people and the workers were getting complaints from other people about them messing up their orders and the grump lady was messing up so many orders. Also, no worker was at the counter every worker were just walking taking orders but messing up also there was not a lot of people there were just people waiting for their order but the workers are just arguing with their co workers and messing up so many orders.
