I'm not sure why I haven't reviewed him a long time ago. I've been going to him for years. He is the most honest mechanic I know. As a woman, I tend to get taken advantage of since I don't know anything about cars. Not with Hector. He always lets me know what will next to replace too. Never over priced. I recommend him to anyone that I know needing a good mechanic. ?

Maria is always very welcoming, very professional and she explains every detail if you have questions about your car . The oil change is very fast and they also did my brakes and a whole full service for my car and I haven't had any problem with it . This place is legit

I own a Mercedes, took it there to have my coolant leak checked out and fixed but in order for them to fix it they had to charge me $150 for a diagnostics even though I knew the coolant was leaking so I paid it only because the receptionist told me the inspection fee would go towards the fix so I did and to my surprise I got a bill for 2,298 over 1300 for labor to fix a coolant hose, . I'm a single mom I'm by myself and yeah that's no reason to try to rip me off, please do not go to hectors please the dealership is less expensive, they are scamming people for their money. If you have a nice car as soon as they see you have a foreign car they are going to charge you four times more than what you expect to pay or need to pay. They should be shut down..

We were so grateful Hector stopped to help us on the side of the freeway. Our vehicle overheated and died by Kingman. He had his family with him traveling into town, but he still stopped. A tow was going to cost a fortune..He helped us get to O'riley and had to replace the radiator! He did it in the parking lot and we were able to drive back to Peoria.We were so grateful. Amazing family and just good people!

It's my first visit here to hectors auto repair . My ac stopped working on my Ford Explorer . Seen some pretty good reviews so will see how it goes will rate after service is done looking forward to see how it turns out .so far Maria has been very helpful.

These people made me pay 100 and drop off my car not even longer than to 2 hours for a inspection after i told them what was already wrong with my car and i already knew i had other problems on my car but i just wanted my pipe fix and to let me know the price so i can just make it back home when they decide to call me back for my car they told me everything i already told them and refuse to do my pipe because they said they don't do small jobs and i can go to the people around the corner like why would u take 100 from me when you told me everything i already knew about my car and said the car is in the Same spot i left it the didn't even move my car and raise it up to literally see where it was coming from they just looked it up i don't understand why they would take my money they just wanted to do big jobs on my car and talk about other things than what ever i want are need they suck a** so much

I have been coming here for the past 10 years and never had a problem with my car needs. I recently came in for an oil change today and my previous visit was a brake service. Maria, the receptionist was professional and was greeted right away when I walk in. I had seen the owner and he recognized me and said hello. My previous brake service cost me my whole paycheck but I use half of my savings or stimulus check for that purpose. You get what you paid for and the at end the day the results come out great. If you go to a street mechanic you get what you paid for and the results come out bad. Your choice. I'm happy a customer and love coming here.

Great and fast service. I had my alternator and serpentine belt changed here. I called ahead and asked if it could be done the same day. They had it ready in about an hour and a half. I also requested the old parts back so I can get my core refund, they placed them in the packaging for me. Overall it was a great experience.
