We are very happy with the top notch service from Hamel's Air Conditioning and Heating INC. Adrianna gave us excellent help in arranging for the appointments and payment plan for 7 Air Conditioners for the Point Loma strip mall. She was friendly, engaging and had a quick response time to all questions. Also, Larry Hamel did excellent repair work for one of the units that had a refrigeration leak. He is also in charge of the installation of the 7 air conditioners. They stand by their work. I love supporting the small business owner.

Only one day to get an appointment. Showed up early and had parts needed on truck !!! No trying to upsell etc. just got the job done !! This is the absolute best company. I have used them before and never hesitate to recommend when anyone wants a good and Honest ac company ! The BEST

This is the absolute best, most ethical company I have ever worked for! They recruited me from another job that was wasting my potential and was a dead end career. I have been welcomed into this family and properly trained to feel confident in my position. My ideas are considered . There is open communication between all, and respect for each other. This is a growing family owned and operated company, dedicated to skilled craftsmanship and quality, for long term customer satisfaction. Hamel's gives to the community, pays well, and provides insurance to new hires. The work atmosphere is not one of hurry to make that dollar, as is several of our competitors. Our prices are not the least expensive, but will not warrant necessary and immediate repair and dissatisfaction. This company stands firm in its mission statement and the work it provides. Adriana's patience in helping us get old invoices cleared up for a client was beyond terrific, in other situations I've dealt with angry or indifferent staff, but Adriana really cared (nicely and politely) about getting it cleared up and keeping the business relationship alive!

They are professional, responsive, patient ..pricing was comparable and reasonable. Not to mention Adriana, my contact person couldn't have been any more helpful. I ran into a glitch on my end and they were so understanding and trusting. We are out of state so we need to use a company we can trust ... look no further! Adriana's is the best and Hamel is top notch. I wouldn't use anyone else EVER.
