It's hard to see, bc it's just a couple of donation trucks and a few men to help you unload.I was so happy the things in my garage that I haven't used in a few years won't end up in a landfill or the ocean!Thank you,m Goodwill!

I recently had the most wonderful experience at the Goodwill donation drop-off center and I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness, making me feel welcome right away. The staff at the drop-off center were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. When I mentioned that I had some old printers to donate but wasn't sure if they accepted them, they kindly informed me that printers were not accepted at the drop-off location. However, they quickly provided a solution by letting me know that I could bring the printers directly to the store. Their willingness to provide such helpful information saved me a lot of time and effort. What truly amazed me was their genuine friendliness, even on a hot day. Despite the hot weather, the staff members didn't hesitate to come out to my car to assist me with unloading my donations. Their dedication and positive attitude were truly commendable. The overall experience at the Goodwill donation drop-off center was exceptional. The staff members were not only knowledgeable but also displayed a genuine passion for helping others. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and their commitment to making the donation process as smooth as possible was truly remarkable.I highly recommend the Goodwill donation drop-off center in Lakeside to anyone looking to donate their belongings. Their friendly and accommodating staff will make you feel valued and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and memorable experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

This place is worthless. I work nearby and have tried to drop stuff off about 6 times. They are just interested in making excuses for why they can't take your stuff. I have heard the following. "we are about to close" "We are not open yet" "Come back after my lunch break" "I wont be able to lift that" "I'm going to say that's furniture, we don't take furniture" The furniture in question was an almost new kids basketball hoop. Save your time and take it somewhere that wants your donation, or just throw it away.

2 workers were hostile and unreasonable, I clearly drove up and parked. They adamantly said they could not take "walk ins". I left to donate elsewhere.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Decided to try this place out for the first time since it’s close to my house. The guy working there had about 3 teeth short fat and incredibly rude. Looks like they picked him up from Lindo Lake or outside a 711. I go to park my truck and he tells me to pull up to the tent. I pull up and he goes on to tell me how I have no common sense and talk to me as if Im the one mentally disabled. Got back in my truck and drove to Santee goodwill. If you want customer service and to be talked to with respect I would go there.

Rude employees. Told me how he needs to keep his job and how his boss is watching him. Told me to resize my donations for the "next time". Next time I'm simply taking my donations elsewhere.

The gentleman staffing the donation center at the time of my visit was helpful and friendly. The only real difficulty is in getting in and out of the parking lot, which is located at a busy intersection.Note also that this location closes earlier than most. Look up their hours and plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Fast and easy early, staff expects everyone to know their COVID process with poorly posted signage/small font...chill it's a donation center.

The guy working here the day I donated a lot of good stuff (clothes, shoes, books, toys) was very rude! The drop off is convenient but I would hope they train their workers better.
