“From the first phone call I made to the time we picked up our mattress, the customer service experience was exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Maria in the warehouse. She had a customer but acknowledged me right away and worked with both of us as we tried various mattresses. She was patient, professional and courteous. I was pleased. I also spoke with Maria’s sister on the phone but her name has escaped me. She was so sweet. Then there’s Tim. He came out to measure for a perfect sized mattress in our RV. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. He was professional, so pleasant and answered my numerous questions. My mattress was created with love in rapid time! I was told 2 weeks and it was ready in just one week. One of the owners, Pablo, offered me a bedding package at 75% off sheet set, mattress cover and 2 memory foam pillows. The sheets are super soft & cozy, and I love them. My ONLY disappointment was the pillows weren’t what I expected. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them but they don’t work for me. I just expected them to be soft & fluffy like the one I tried in the warehouse which was amazing!! Will purchase one of those at a later date. Pablo greeted me upon pickup of mattress with a huge smile and warm handshake. He was very friendly, and we had a nice chat. Jordan helped with tying down mattress along with another gentleman whose name has escaped me. They, too, were very friendly. Never before have I experienced such incredible customer service from the top down such as Mattress Makers!! Oh, and I wanted to wait on their review until I had a few nights on my mattress. It’s exactly what I needed, firm yet soft on top. I haven’t slept this well for a few years now. This is my 4th bed in 3 years, and this one is here to stay. I am a forever customer and HIGHLY recommend this place for your mattress, bed and bedding needs. It’s also family-owned & operated which is a plus. Thank you to the family and others I encountered who met me with with such warmth.”
“I usually loathe going into stores with salespeople but my experience with Jerome's and their rep Karen was such a smooth process. She was able to educate me on things I didn't even think of like correctly laying on the mattress to test it out, how to correctly choose what comfort you like best, all the way down to explaining what the mattress is made out of. Mattresses are an expensive investment but this experience made it worth every penny!”
“Came in this afternoon in search for a couch. Alice was super friendly. She was always on the lookout if we had any questions about the couches. Thankfully there was a 4th of July sale happening and we got the couch we wanted! Bobby gives the personal touch and goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. His prices are fair and he does have some gems to be found.”

“Julio provided us exceptional service and patience picking out our fridge. He went through every fridge and specs with us to help us decide on which one would work best for our family. When the delivery didn’t work out because the fridge was too big to fit through our doors he was there the same day to greet us and find a new fridge that would work.The delivery drivers frank and nick were amazing. They were very respectful of our home and helped us with taking measurements to ensure the correct size fridge would fit through our door. Overall the experience was great and would recommend to friends and family”
“They have great real wood products that you can customize and provide great service. We bought our kitchen table from them in 2017, we picked the stain and paint color we wanted. It still looks good now in 2024. We just bought our master bedroom set from them and it looks beautiful!”

I bought the nicest living room curtains that I am actually going to turn into kitchen curtains because I loved the print of this curtains. It will be easy to do and was a great price of $19.00 and of course got a few more things from store. This store has lots of things for your house. People who work there are always friendly and helpful.”

“This is a large store that is currently stocked full of everything Christmas (and a small section of Chanukah items), all made by hand! From Christmas ornaments, candles, Santa wish lists, wood tables, giant, outside Christmas lights and statues, they have everything for the holidays. Lots of employees inside, and Christmas music playing to get you really into the spirit. This is more than a store...it's a experience!”
“Reclaimed wood helped us finish our Parota wood table, and they were really easy to work with. We brought in a 7'+ parota slab we had milled, and they did the cut and glue up for our waterfall table. The guys there are obviously passionate about the wood products they make as well as helping others finish DIY projects. They were really quick to get it done, especially since we asked right before Christmas. We think it turned out beautifully, and I appreciate their input and help on getting it done!”
“Great experience shopping here @DD FURNITURE. The gentleman at the desk made my experience very effortless, had great & variety of selection for dinning tables. Prior to stopping by and purchasing my 'dinning table set' from here, i had looked from three other furniture shops, FB marketplace and OfferUp. Nothing came close to in comparison to this shop's products. And the prices are unbeatable for brand new furnitures. Since the shop didnt have what i exactly wanted , the gentleman offered online websites to look up other option and told me could put on order for the new one that i liked. And sure enough after having placed the order , it came arrived within 4 days, transaction was seamless and was also able to use the shop's truck to deliver my new furniture home for free.
