U.S is not my only bank , but I can say in 5 years I have never had a complaint about their tellers. It's like a neighborhood ol fashion bank where I can say hello as I walk in to do banking or grocery shopping”

“Stopped in yesterday to get a water for my 5 year old because he said he was too hot and wanted a cold water. I brought he and my 7 year old in and my 5 year old got sick right in the middle of the busy store and the staff were so kind and helpful. I tried to help clean up and they told me to just take care of my little one and offered some water. I was so embarrassed and the women couldn't have been kinder. I think the womans name was Samantha. Thank you again!”
