So There I was It was raising and packed inside we went in for window wipers we were trying to install them but couldn’t because apparently they were the old ones but anyways it was packed inside we didn’t feel like waiting in line we were about to take and Daniel thank the lord was on his lunch in his vehicle saw us struggling with and went above and beyond hop out his vehicle to help us install them we didn’t even ask for it

Recent transaction for brake pads. Manny the manager has a chip on his shoulder and is lazy and a possible racist toward white people. Not sure why he basically left the counter and asked for another service rep to finish helping me. Basically, I wasn't sure what type of trim type my truck was, and he acted like because I didn't know that, that he wasn't going to be able to help me. For many many many years, anytime that has been asked about trim type etc, we always would compare to make sure that the brakes are the same for the other models, which in most cases they are. I don't know what's wrong with him. very unfriendly. Short fused. Not helpful at all. AutoZone you guys need to get rid of that horrible Customer service. Please!!! Maybe Oreillys might be a better choice for me. Lastly, the other guy that came over to help me was very helpful and we figured it out no time. It was not a big deal. To be honest, it seemed like nobody wanted to be at work. Lol head up chin up guys.

I'd like to begin by qualifying my review; I've ALWAYS had a great experience at my neighborhood Autozone Store in Poway, CA. Today's experience began at the Autozone in Santee, CA (where I also received excellent service). The Associates there were helpful and friendly. The rear brake pads were in stock there, but the front were not. They contacted their Lakeside, CA store to confirm that they had them -they did. I then paid for everything in Santee and proceeded to the Lakeside store to pick up the font pads. That when today's experience went downhill, fast. I explained the situation and the Associate (did not notice his name but I did notice his badge said 'Manager' and he was quite overweight) quickly retrieved the pads they had reserved for me. I noticed that the box read "semi-metallic" while the ones I purchased were "ceramic". I asked him about the discrepancy. He was immediately unprofessional, loud and obnoxious as he demanded that I read his computer screen as he spun it around, "What does it say right there?!?!" I answered, "It says ceramic. Now what does it say on the box of the item you gave me?" He indignantly replied, "What's on the box doesn't always match what's inside." I then asked whether there was a different Manager who could help me. A man had been nearby and was unfazed by the interaction and said he was an Associate Manager then assisted me. I will NEVER return to this location. O'Reilly Auto is just across the street from my neighborhood store, so I'll just go there if my local Autozone doesn't have what I need. I contacted Autozone.com via their website. A District Manager called me back and confirmed the Associates gave me the wrong part. So not only were they unprofessional and rude, they were also 100% wrong.

My friend Jeanette, and I getting her done!! she was an angel. My husband literally has not changed his battery in his key fob in six months. I got his truck drove down to AutoZone and Wala girl power.
