Old white tweaker lady that works there likes to talk down on people that have ebt. I saw her talk down on a blue collar worker this morning (7/9) just trying to buy ice with a ebt card and she said “it’s not my fault you don’t have money” seriously need to fire that disgusting excuse of a human.

Was informed by an employee that at this location you’re not allowed to get a new cup and obtain refill price. Literal bumfights outside and the owner wants you to drink microplastics in your day old heat degraded cup. Absurd, meth filled seven eleven.
Update several weeks later, another horrible interaction with the same white man in the early afternoon. No idea what personality disorder or addiction is going on with this guy, but he is SENSITIVE, power trippy, and crazy rude. Would not give me refill price, despite it being my original cup, simply because I didn’t declare it upon walking in. I had been into the store with him present and purchased a refill just two hours before, I show up multiple times a day. I gave slight pushback, he told me to leave MY CUP (lol) and get out, and not come back when he’s there. The owner doesn’t enforce or ever say anything negative towards me, but this other guy is trying to bar me. Literally don’t deserve my business working this guy.

Sam the owner is great, always got a smile, very helpful. He treats people the way they deserve. The hot food is always fresh, everything is priced reasonably. If your looking to make a pit stop in Lakeside or if you live there this 7/11 gets a five star rating.

This used to be a great 7-eleven but it has different owners recently and it has went to hell. I shop there regularly so I'm not a stranger. My 86-year old mother and I stopped by there very late at night to buy sodas and rolls for in the morning. My mother had to use the restroom and at her age she can't wait. The man working refused to let her use it. Employees only. Now I understand them not wanting people to use their restroom but an 86-year old woman? I'm taking my business to the store up the road.

The last time I ever go here the lady at the counter is the rudest most unhappy person I've ever encountered. She slammed the cash back in my hand and acts Like she hates everyone most miserable lady ever. Makes you feel like your buisness there is nor important and she don't want yours. So beware

Filthy store, everything is "out" soda, cheese, coffee, the list can go on, they even are out of small slurpe cups, typically they'd offer you to grab the medium at the same price but "sorry we're out" wouldn't recommend

Ive always liked the employees at this location. Almost all 7-elevens have great employees but this location is definitely in my top 3. Plus inside store is always clean & stocked.
