October 16th 2024 !!! Walked into 7-11 and was greeted by the most friendly lady. I was looking for some steak and cheese rollers but there wasn’t any. She went out of her way to make sure I had some before I left. Super friendly conversated with me the whole time while still greeting other costumers !!! 5 stars is not doesn’t compare to the customer service she gave!!!! Super star !!! Thank you !!!

I am here currently at this establishment and I'm so fathomed by how my boyfriend and I are being treated. The lady here was so nice at first until she realized we were heating up food with the stores microwave..... she turned like a switch. Such a MPC.... I am still shocked to be honest. She was cussing at my boyfriend and telling him "My Boss would bot let you use the microwave and heat food up."(Mind you we got tea, a refill on a drink, and condiments such as ketchup and hot sauce.) "Oh no I have to charge you for that!" My boyfriend insisted on putting the ketchup back but she refused and said she has to charge us.....
We are literally customers and being treated so disrespectful. This is unacceptable. I always spend money here. To be treated this way was degrading. This lady should be fired! To cuss out a customer is so unprofessional. Who does that?

I went for gas, inside the store i was charged $20 on my card, went out to pump gas, nothing came out. I went back inside the store , told tge clerk, she said the pump reset itself to swipe my card again. I was charged double. The clerk told me that it was credited back to my account but as if 2/17/2023 I have not received it. On top their phone # doesn't work.

Very rude employes. 10-17-2022 1245 pm. 2 cashier 1 male, 1 female. Male was working with poorly dressed elderly man. When over customer stepped back, female said will let you know if we find it. Cashier didn't speak to me, no hello, thank you. Bad experience

This is the best 7/11 to go to on July 11. 7/11 Day!BBQ. car show, radio stations, free Slurpee's, radio stations, a blood drive, free Monster drinks, and lots of other shwag! People come from miles around on this day!
