I decided to give Wicked a try as finding a good mechanic in this area has been a challenge. I read the reviews, they were great, and my experience was the same. I had a Suzuki with a bad heater core. They took it on and was more difficult then their book said it would be. I took them extra time and they said that's the price of doing business and stayed with the original quote. They did a great job and will use them again in a heartbeat! I will recommend then to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the area.

So I've been looking for a honest automotive spot and bammmmmmm I found them. These guys where on it. They are very welcoming too. They explained everything they did and found somethings my "new" car needed that the dealership should of done before I drove off the lot. I was very greatful.Thanks guys 100%

Best service around. They always get me in when need for my vehicle and never leave a mess after. If I have questions or concerns they are always available to help and answer my questions. They are telling you in their name who they are!Listen!They broke a brand new repair that had been done in my car.They refused to acknowledge itEven though they will come on here and LIEIt's what they do-- rip you off & LIE A LOTTheir response below is a total lieThey broke this particular connectoron the coil packsThey are the ONLY one who touched this car sincethey were installed.At the top of their report it says:Brand new coil packs and spark plugsIt says that everywhere on the reportThey added that bit below at the end of the reportAFTER they broke it.I was verbally assaulted hereI am disabledThey take advantage of older women here.What a disgusting place

The guys at Wicked Automotive replaced the motor in my grandma's truck 2 years ago it was in numerous other shops all saying it was repairable but the cost was tremendous the guys at Wicked Automotive had it towed to there shop and took a 4th lookat it and explained to us that yes it is repairable but definitely more cost efficient to have the motor replaced with a new one and in two weeks (cause of shipping the motor) it was done and back on the road I highly recommend this shop from the management to the employees they where all amazing and extremely helpful throughout the entire process

after dealing with parent company Wicked Sounds for several years without incident I was more than willing to give Wicked Automotive a shot when my diesels air conditioning pump took a crap on me. I dropped truck off and they got right on it diagnosing the issue making sure what I had explained to them was indeed the issue. they confirmed the issue and dug deeper to find what led up to that issue. they fixed the air conditioning and got back to me extremely quick. air blew colder than ever before. they didn't try to up sale me or make me feel like I was dumb. they did the job, got me back my truck affordably and checked in on me a week later to assure I was no longer having issues. the owner and his team will do their best to make sure in the event of an issue down the road you will be wanting to call them first. A+ customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMEND.
