“I can't see any reason how anyone could post anything negative about this shop. BRUCE and his staff provided the highest level of customer service. My transmission broke down on me while I was vacationing from out of state. Lakeport gave me an honest cost and time estimation, corresponded with me insurance company, and flat out delivered. When the job was complete Bruce even called to make sure I made it back to Tacoma Washington ok. His work did the job and my truck is running excellent. “Grate shop. Old school guys good customer service. I took my 2015 bmw 335i in for its first service and inspection after owning it for 5 months they found things that need to be replaced and did the warranty thing.. like I wanted. They replaced everything and on point ?. I'll be going back for the next service and so on .thank you guys mutch appreciated.”
