Always a pleasure to have Leigh manage our servicing needs for both of our vehicles. On this occasion he was responsive and made all the necessary parts orders for us to get the problem resolved. He has been an amazing breath of fresh air in his commitment to service. I have recommended him numerous times to other owners of CDJR vehicles.

The check engine light was on, they never figured out what was wrong with it. Then the light reset itself. So nothing was ever fixed. They didn't charge me for it.

This place is a Joke. If you intend on having your new vehicle serviced here, think again.
This is the most dysfunctional service department I have ever encountered. Not only are they incompetent, but they also lack any kind of customer service experience whatsoever.
Ultimately, If you want a Chrysler product, buy it somewhere else. With the junk they’re producing, you’ll need a good dealer, and this one won’t cut it.

Everyone, especially Orion,assisted me so much,not only did Orion help me select a wonderful new Chevy trailblazer,,a vehicle I could afford ,,New! As I did go in looking at a used Tacoma truck,which was way too much for me, Orion and All the financial folks at Matt Mazzei Chevrolet, Stayed with me, worked with me,and I actually was able to purchase a Brand New Trailblazer! This review is specifically for the service department. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman named John about getting my front brake pads replaced. He was nice, polite, and got an appointment for me in under a week. When I took my vehicle in the customer service was good and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I even called and asked if I could come in at a later time that day and they were very accommodating. While they were doing the brake pads they noticed my rotors were bad too. They called me right away to let me know and even went out of their way to find rotors for my vehicle that day. With the wonderful customer service, being so accommodating, and doing a good Job with servicing my vehicle I would definitely recommend the service department.

Stay AWAY from this Dealership. Seriously. We purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner from them on Oct. 30, 2022. We Still Do Not Have the Registration or License Plates 4 months later. I have lost count of the number of phone calls to the Dealership. I have given up there, because all they do is lie to us. I am dealing with DMV directly. They tell me that the Dealership has failed to submit the proper paperwork in order to get the vehicle registered. I have spent countless hours on line and in person with DMV in order to get temporary operating permit so my son can continue to drive the vehicle to school and back. I have to go back AGAIN today because that temorary permit expired yesterday. It has been 4 months ! ! Turns out the Dealership did not have the proper documentation to even sell the car and now there is a possibility we will have to return the car because it wasn't legally allowed to be sold ! WTF ! We have an investigation open w/ DMV. We have filed a complaint with 7 on Your Side. Yesterday we contacted an Attorney. We basically are paying for a vehicle we cannot even drive at this point. DMV states that the Dealership is "doing a Title chase". They did not have Title, yet sold the vehicle anyway. We have figured this out via many phone calls with different entities. Mind you the Dealership just lies and admits nothing. Just save yourself ALOT of time and money and purchase your vehicle elsewhere.
