Tried to take my dog here for an emergency visit and the receptionist answered very rude and condescending. Horrible customer service.

Rude & condescending receptionist. Skipping this place because of poor customer service. I’ll pay a bit more to be spoken to politely and ensure my pets are handled the same.

These guys have no options for in need kittens. Won’t try to work with you to get in as soon as possible due to being booked out. Which I get but common sense would be to say let me book an appointment and call you if there are any cancellations. Recommend an affordable emergency center. Something like that. #Duh
The care and price is good when I have taken my animals here in the past but I really don’t like how condescending and rude the people there are. I’m done with the rude know it all manor in which they deal with people. I’ve had this experience here a few times now so I’ll be finding another vet who also knows how to speak to humans.

Dr. Takesue is very kind and compassionate. She goes beyond office hours to help over the phone or in visits in emergencies. Her vet techs are compassionate about the animals and her whole staff is good. They are super busy and it was difficult at times to get appointments. But I'm forever grateful to Dr. T for her phone reassurances when my dog ate raisins and when we ran out of a dog med. she's really great.
