I recently bought a car at Lakeport motor sales, the car I am in love with but I recently came across a problem with the windshield seal liner took it right down to the dealership and they fixed it immediately no complaints, had my mechanic professional look at the car after buying it and he says it was serviced well. It is a manual transmission and it runs great. As I was writing this review the window actuator had broke. I took it straight back to the dealership and they are going to replace it at cost. It wasn't covered under warranty and the agreement, I was well aware of that so I was expecting a full retail price but they cut it down and sold it to me at cost with free installation honestly they are doing a great job of taking care of their customers. I am very pleased by the immediate attention and the service they have provided me I will buy my next vehicle here if I get the chance.

Under new ownership, the new owners were very accommodating with all my questions. I found them easy to communicate with, like family. I never felt pressured to buy anything and found a wonderful car that I am very happy with. A 2009 Toyota Prius. I have owned it for 22 days now and it continues to feel like a great fit for me. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. And I give them a 5 star rating!

Lake Motor Sales in Lakeport, CA is under new ownership and I feel that they have a really great team on their hands. I had previously visited other dealerships in the area and always felt highly pressured to buy a car outside of my financial means. It actually made me feel physically ill. However with the team at Lake Motor Sales I never at any time felt pressured to buy a car. The sales team took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed and gave me an experience of purchasing a car from them feel easy and natural, as if I was buying from a family member. I continue to be happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a good quality used car to give them a visit.

Bought a 2003 tahoe cash in hand and it was a pretty easy process. Runs great. Low miles. Sales man was super friendly. And they have quite a bit of paintings inside the office. As well as vintage japanese motorcycles for sale I believe. Good selection. Good cars. And if you have 70% down they will finance you as well. I'm happy. Thanks guys.

I had no intentions of buying a car that day in March 2020, but my dear wife had other ideas. Whenever we drove past Lake Motor Sales in the past, we noticed many good looking used cars and trucks. She said we ought to stop in and look around today. So, we did and saw a great looking 2005 Volvo V50 for a great price. We went for a test drive with Patrick and I loved the feel of the car. Solid! When we returned, my wife and I decided we wanted to buy it. After making a down payment, Bill financed the rest very reasonably. No pressure from Bill or Patrick. The only pressure was from my wife and I was easily convinced as we seriously needed a new car. The whole process was easy and, most of all, fun. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I've had quite a few in 70 years of living. Buying a used vehicle can be a crapshoot and I have experienced both ends of the spectrum. I experienced the good side of the spectrum here. Bill and Patrick were upfront and honest about the car, which I greatly appreciate. They mentioned a few items that will eventually need attention, but nothing needing immediate action. We have had no major issues with the Volvo at all in a year of ownership and just made the final payment about 2 weeks ago. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a good used vehicle stop by and see them. They are constantly bringing in new vehicles, so if you do not see one you like, come back and check again, soon. Maybe even ask them to keep an eye out for one you want. When I decide to get another vehicle, Lake Motor Sales will be my first stop. Besides, Bill and Patrick are great guys and I like doing business with people I trust. This is for you, Bill... Go Trump!!!

Bought a vehicle and within 2 weeks had a check engine light pop on. We brought it in because we had a 180 warranty on it, they said it may be the O2 sensor and to bring it back if the light popped back on. Well the light popped back on an my husband ran the code, it popped up for a possible alternator. The owner refused to honor his warranty and told my husband to screw off. The owner of this place will lie to the DMV about the price of the vehicle so they won't get taxed as much for the sale, shady at best!
