The company is very unprofessional and is disrespectful. The manager JOESPH showed no compassion or concern about my vehicle being damaged. His tow trucker JERMEY jammed my car door and was extremely unprofessional with the auto body shop he took my car to. They left my car key on the back of the tow bed and pulled off. The tow trucker driver JERMEY had a female with him when he dropped off my vehicle. He did not go right to the shop he made a stop at a casino for 30-45mins and then proceed to the shop my car was supposed to get to the shop around 1pm at the latest but didn’t end up getting there until 2:30pm!! I will never recommend this tow company ever!! Worst experience ever and very rude and unprofessional!!!!!

David helped us after our truck blew a heater hose. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were home safely. He helped us fix the problem so we didn’t have to be towed home. Highly recommended.

I broke down on highway 20, Redwood Valley, Ca and I called AAA and Robert from Lake Fleet Repair came to my rescue! Robert is the most knowledgeable tow truck drivers I've ever had in my driving history!!! What a caring gentleman he is. I had a Corvette that blew it's transmission and he knew exactly the PROPER technique in getting my corvette onto his flatbed!! This company should really appreciate this awesome employee!!Very professional and knowledgeable.Thank you Robert for coming to my rescue!!

Their company was dispatched by farmers I waited 3 hours and they canceled their tow due to unforseen circumstances and canceled the service and didn't notify me or farmers it's cold and snowing here and they left us sitting here

AAA sentence guy out to tow my car to my house. When he got to my house, I opened my big double gates and asked him to back it straight in my driveway. He said no we are road side not driveway delivery. He was rude and apparently he said he was the owner and when I called the number on the side of his truck, he answered the cell phone and hung up on me. If AAA send this guy out send him home and have them send you a different tow truck. I would not trust him with anything. Let alone my car. Then he said AAA dose not allow him to put it in a driveway. He has to leave it on the side of the road. I have got many tows from AAA before and he is full of crap Im guessing he won't be in business with AAA very long anyway. Poor little guy. Anyway yea definitely take your business elsewhere.
