This dealership is annoying as heck. Looked at a car one afternoon about 6 weeks ago and decided against buying it. The salesman calls every couple of days. I will never go back after all the incessant calls. Get a clue!

The service department here is absolutely horrible, my 2017 ram 2500 has been there for the same issue under warranty 10x at least since 2019 and they can't fix the issue and just jeep giving me the run around every time. Tell me they are going to make it right and I wait months for them to call they never do. The service manager Jeremy is a joke.

This review is specifically for the service department. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman named John about getting my front brake pads replaced. He was nice, polite, and got an appointment for me in under a week. When I took my vehicle in the customer service was good and I didn't have to wait long at all. I even called and asked if I could come in at a later time that day and they were very accommodating. While they were doing the brake pads they noticed my rotors were bad too. They called me right away to let me know and even went out of their way to find rotors for my vehicle that day. With the wonderful customer service, being so accommodating, and doing a good Job with servicing my vehicle I would definitely recommend the service department.

I purchased a used pickup truck from Matt Mazzei Chevrolet and was told everything was in working order and was given a dashboard switch to correct a 4WD issue. within days the drivers side window fell out of place and the switch did not correct the 4WD issue. I had to have mechanics make the repairs in my town at my own expense and when I complained about the dealership misrepresentation all they had to say was "sorry".

Big fat f#ck you to this place . My story is to long all I have to say is not a good place to buy from at all . Go to a bigger city to buy a car . NEVER BUY FROM HERE
