Wonderful experience working with Jess of J. Gorman Fine Jewelry. Through an internet search, I found a listing for a pair of Tiffany earrings that I had been searching for for years. I contacted Jess for more information and she promptly provided additional detail on the listing. The earrings were final sale, but Jess was so helpful, informative, and reassuring that I went ahead and placed the order. Jess communicated with me throughout the transaction, informing me when the earrings shipped, providing tracking, and calling to confirm their arrival and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The earrings arrived promptly, beautifully and securely packaged, and were just as described. It was a great experience. I rarely write reviews, but the communication and overall experience was so positive that I want others to know they can feel confident when dealing with this business.

I cant say enough good things about Jess and her store .. This past holiday season last minute went in to find a Necklace that our daughter wanted .. Of course Jess had it .. We weren't sure the size would work but Jess assured me if it did not fit she would get me the correct size .. The catch was my daughter was home from Spain and would be going back 3 days after Christmas .. so getting a different size could be challenging in that amount of time .. well of course it did not fit .. I texted Jess on Christmas day that it did not fit and I hope we can get the correct size ASAP.. well she answered me right away (on a holiday no less). The vendor she used was closed the following day .. so that narrowed are time down to two days .. The next day she alerted me that they did indeed have the necklace and that I would have it in time to send my daughter off to Spain with Necklace in tow.. To top it all off she met us the next day when she was really closed to do the exchange .. This was a EXTRODINARY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that will resonate with me for a while.. Jess is incredible!!! She is extremely passionate about what she does and is willing to show you anything- even if its “just to try” ? I have bought several vintage estate pieces to add to my collection and every single experience and piece has been absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend Jess as your local jeweler of choice for new sparkles and historic vintage pieces!

My original wedding band and engagement ring kept breaking and I was losing diamonds constantly. I had it repaired over and over again by a chain jewelry store where it was purchased to no avail and then I met Jess. I handed over my rings to her and she assured me I would love what she created. I trusted her. I picked them up this past Friday and I have not stopped staring at them. I loved the style of my rings and she recreated them perfectly using my original diamond and I will never have to worry about them breaking. Her work is phenomenal and she was worth the 4.5 hr drive from Massachusetts to her! Thank you Jess for making me fall in love with my rings all over again.The photo doesn’t do it justice but you can see the comparison between the two sets.

Jess and her team exceeded all expectations in creating the most gorgeous ring that I cannot keep my eyes off of! Her talent is truly unmatched. Her ability to take ideas and visions of what you think you would love and transform it to a piece that not only covers all of those things and then some is unreal. I knew as soon as I first saw J Gorman Fine Jewelry that I’d love to have a chance to purchase or create a special piece of jewelry here. The owner and gemologist, Jess, has such a timeless and beautiful aesthetic. My husband and I decided to excitedly move through the custom process for a ring that could become an heirloom in our family. Jess was immediately helpful, thoughtful and considerate of what this piece would mean to us. She was so communicative and supportive.Upon first seeing the completed the ring, it is truly stunning—everything we imagined and hoped for but more. Just incredible and I’m looking forward to wearing it for a lifetime. Jess has artistic vision, creativity, professionalism and genuine care with her pieces. We feel really lucky to have entrusted her in this way. This is the BEST jewelry store I have ever been to. The owner, Jess is super knowledgeable and is the type of person whose business you WANT to continually frequent because it is all around a great experience. I always get such a wonderful education about the product I am buying. She will also check your jewelry to make sure your stones are properly held in place, will size jewelry, replaces stones of needed, repairs jewelry and watches, and cleans jewelry. It is a one stop shop for all your jewelry needs.Jess is a certified Gemologist, makes jewelry, and also has bedroom antique estate pieces. It my favorite store in Cooperstown! I am about to move cross country but will certainly keep in touch with Jess because all my jewelry that comes from her is absolutely stunning and perfect!

On the two year anniversary of the engagement to my wife I realized that I have not written a review of how talented and amazing Jess is, so here it is.The picture within the picture is the “idea” I sent Jess, and that beauty next to it is her creation. The center piece to that ring is my Wife’s late Grandmother’s wedding ring that she refurbished and resized. She then designed the surrounding engagement ring from a mold (second picture) and added hand cut turquoise (which was a feat in itself) to be surrounded by that gorgeous bling (26 brilliant cut diamonds to be exact) and created this one of a kind stacker engagement ring.It is truly 100% one of a kind and that is the work I guarantee you will get with J. Gorman Fine Jewelry.She puts her heart and soul into her work and does not take shortcuts when it comes to getting her art finished. I will forever call her my jeweler and friend. If there were more stars I would add them to my ratting of Jess.Unrelated is the last photo of my Wife and I at our wedding because well, we looked good. ??♂️
